$2795.88, - payment collected a day before the move (the original estimate was $less a $deposit) $- for plastic bins extra packing and moving and miscellaneous items commercial bin and bookcase (supposed to be $but we agreed for $only)$ - packing of book boxes book boxes (supposed to be around ~$50)$- packing and moving china boxes (packing ~$76; moving ~ $30)$- payment a day before the move for the move out file NJ(the estimate $less the $deposit)

I am informed that the refund of $happened already I will call the bank and confirm

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I would like to remind Revdex.com about the details of my complaint and the fact that even the contract was don't under my neighbours name and my furniture was stored under her name in a dirty unsafe and disgusting warehouse and this business wanted to charge me almost dollars for this poor quality and falsely advertised service I am years old and I have never put a complaint about any businessThis business's unprofessionalism and blunt disrespect for customer's needs and lack of any effort to render a quality services ( contrary to their advertising that they are apple of moving and a high quality moving service ) has prompted me to take action not to just to get refund but also to warn other customers about this businesses practices As evidenced by their customer service and CEOs abrupt and rude tone and messages written in poor English , this business and its claims manager have no respect for customer needs and or their legally binding contractual obligations They r unable to even render a signed binding contract that has my name and signature on it The paper work they sent is not valid or legal under Usa law and customers especially disabled senior citizens like me should be protected from businesses like this I hope Revdex.coms will conduct an in depth anaylsis and launch a formal investigation into pricing and advertising policies of this business I am also writing to nj attorney general and consumer affairs and other agencies for further action I look forward to hearing your decision about this business Thanks and regards In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We have opened a claim for this custmer, and we have offer the most we can offer for this claim($200) We also see that she signed on the day of the move, that everything she put in storage was delivered to herWhen someone moves into storage for a long time, a lot of times what happens is they forget what they had or didn't haveWe take a list of everything that we take and place is storageAgain we are sorry they feel like we did wrong on this claim, and is working to the best we can to offer the max we can to help them out

I talked with the customer husband and that refund happened 5 days ago, we are still waiting for them to send a releaser form for that refund also [redacted]
