I am rejecting this response because: at this time (8/28/17; 6:p.meastern time) I have not received a phone call nor a voicemail from anyone at D.RHorton to have the concerns with the house addressed.

We contacted *** *** and spoke with him regarding his concernsWe agree that the concrete cracks and the concrete patches need to be addressed and we will be replacing the drivewayThe concrete is scheduled for repair and replacement starting 9/19/The driveway will also be compacted
before replacement*** *** will oversee the driveway replacement, and we will be keeping *** *** aware of the appointment dates and times via e-mail

Here is our response…… HVAC units are covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty, Not the Home warranty as this was not an installation issue…The manufacturer, in this case *** clearly states in their warranty, that it does not cover “Labor or other costs incurred for diagnosing,
repairing, removing, installing, shipping, servicing or handling of either defective parts or replacement parts or new units.” The customer clearly states that *** will cover the parts as they state in their warranty We consider this matter closed ***

I never said that there were not models of every homeI said they're not offering the floorplans listed on their website for the price advertisedSince I made the complaint, they've removed pricing from their website(I'll add a screen shot attachment) but zillow and others are still advertising the price which is not actually offeredI would buy the *** at the advertised price, but that's not availableInstead, it's priced higher, must be presold, and they haven't built it, so there are no photos available or built homes elsewhere to show the look and quality of the homeI'm adding that screen shot as well.Dealing with this builder makes one feel as if you're working with a used car salesmanYou don't really know what you're getting, the price or lookThis is not a good business practice when someone is spending a substantial amount of money and time to make an investment!

In response to below, we have discussed these issues and have determined that we would like to take the following action: 1. Inadequate or substandard finished. a. This home closed in and we do not have any open work orders in our systemI understand that Ms*** was not happy that we would not paint on our month warranty, however that is our policy with all homeowners2. Dead Palm Tree a. We will take action and replace the palm treeThe tree will not be covered by any warranty
We are actively working with the homeowner on the replacement of his showerThe new shower door was shipped Florida Bath, who is the vendor handling the repairWe remain in communication with the homeowner throughout the various stages of the repair and also reached out this morning

I am rejecting this response because:Good day Ms FordI finally recieved the response from regent homesIt is unacceptableRegent have been negligent in duties since the closing of this houseThe landscape has been an issue from the beginning, now after years and a recent screen porch addition....regent cast blame to itThey have done nothing within there contract agreementThe nail holes...no repairThe plumbing...toilets and tubs bubbles up when the washer drainThe outside water sprouts flows with dirty water until running it for a minuteThe rugs have big humps in themThe chalking has come unattached thoughout the house and the garageThe floors upstairs has weak points in themThe outside lighting 2nd lever has never workedThe outside Windows hasn't been chalkedI could go on and onRegent, dr horton should be ashamed at the very poor service

It rained where I live on Thursday ( 7-30-2015) and as of today (8-1-2015)There is still water standing where it shouldn't be, attached is the pictures showing thisD.RHorton, do I need to hire a Real Professional to do this job the right way and send you the bill? I would like someone who knows what their doing complete this job because it seems the two who are doing it now do not know what they are doing

I am rejecting this response because: Any reasonable or reputable business would not leave their own customer/patrons in hazardous
conditions. We also have a hole under our shrub bed which is causing the driveway to crack and sink lower than it's adjacent area of concrete. We would also like an exchange on a tree and some shrubs that they told us were just in shock (even Home Depot will exchange trees and shrubs for a year). Builder tried to lie and say that he would take pictures of everything and then take care of it if there were any problems. We also rejected over pallets of dead sod that they tried to place on our property and we would not close until it was replaced. They laid the same sod in a common area next to our house and its all weeds and dead Bermuda. We paid the price that they asked for the home and the company didn't deliver as promised. We feel defrauded out of our hard earned money
