Donley installed a replacement heat pump for one they had installed 17 years ago. I have also had them do the maintenance.

The preliminary work from the purchase to the finished product was well done.

They arrived at 7 am and were finished before noon. They are efficient and nice to work with and they cleaned up afterwards.

Excellent customer servive.[redacted] cleaned the coils on my ac and cleaned out the excess water in the ductwork for free. I will definitely call for [redacted] at Donnelly the next time I need work done on my ac.

What a great all around experience I had with Donley Service Center. From the time I called Monday morning and when they sent a technician was 50 minutes. The technician was very nice and friendly, but also very professional. He explained what was wrong with my water heater and what he needed to do to get it working right. The technician (Chris) manually lit my pilot so we could have hot water. He came back Wednesday morning and replace the parts, cleaned the filter and checked for gas leaks, etc. They were fast and very efficient. It was a nice experience for me to finally have good communication with office staff and their technician. I highly recommend their service. Thank you, Donley Service Center, for your great work.
