[redacted], who performed our regular preventive maintenance this past Wednesday, 7/17/13, impressed us with his sincere friendliness, efficiency and professionalism. Donley is in good hands, with representatives like him.

The plumber came out the same day I phoned Donely Because of a plugged toilet and adjoining shower. The Service man was knowledgeable and professional. He fixed the problem promptly and effectively. The final charge for his service was reasonable and fair. I would highly recommend Donely to anyone with A/C or plumbing problems.

We have been using Donley to maintain our HVAC and plumbing for our current home for 8+ years and have used them on previous homes in Phoenix. We have been and are still very pleased with the technical work they do. However, we are becoming more disappointed on each service call with the technicians turning into salesmen instead of just focusing on servicing our HVAC and/or plumbing. Previously if they recommended some work be done, we always followed their recommendation. Now we are never sure if the work is really needed or if they are just recommending it to meet a sales quota.

No pressure sales; just presented facts and options. Installers were very professional and we couldn't tell that they were even at oru home after they finished their work, as they left everything clean, etc. Highlt recommended company.

[redacted] was a great technician who kept us totally informed of his efforts. Over the past ten years, Donley has always been excellent in customer service.

Our tech [redacted] did an outstanding job. He was very professional and explained everything when he completed rerouting our pipes after a slab leak. He was able to complete the job with very little damage to our drywall so it will not cost much for 4 small squares. Really went the extra mile to do things right the first time and new pipes have 25 year guarantee.

We had our capacitor go out on a Sunday evening in July on our 7 year old [redacted] unit. The outside temps were in the low 100's. A call to Donleys and in 20 minutes I had a Donley service technician calling me . He had me check a few simple things..circuit breaker...etc. Once we knew it wasn't a simple fix, the technician was at our house in within an hour or so. He got us a/c for the evening by installing a by pass and then came back Monday to replace the bad capacitor...all for a very fair price!

We are thrilled with thier service and professionalism.
