Ordered a stress relief dog bed online on Feb. 13th, 2020. $11.95 has been charged to my credit card but I have not received the product.
Ordered the following on Feb. 13, 2020:Stress Relief Dog Bed Free (Color: Beige, Size: M) for $11.95. I have yet to receive the product. I have emailed twice with no reply. I have also called twice and only get an answering machine. This is the email address that appeared on my order confirmation: http://discount-universe-outlet.mybigcommerce.com/. No tracking information was ever given.
I feel I have been scammed.

I ordered to stress relief dog beds from this company. I have not received these orders after several months.
I ordered two Stress relief dog beds from this company in January of this year. to date I have not received these beds, nor have they returned my calls or answered my emails. The money was deducted from mt account on both occasions. The beds were 11.00 dollars each.

I have tried to contact by phone. Left messages,no response.
ordered 1/25/20 cashed my payment 1/27/20 Have called at least 5 times

I placed an order on Jan 20 and was charged... never received items and no response to my emails.
On Jan. 20, 2020 I placed an order for two dog beds. I have not received a thing. Site shows waiting to fulfill order. My charge account was charged but nothing sent. I have sent several emails trying to get an update .. no response.

My orders # *** Jan. 24, 2020 & # 7193 Feb 8 have not been received, emails numerous times, called and get NO response. This business is a SCAM.

I ordered a dog bed a month ago. I have emailed them twice and called them but no one answered. They never shipped it and I have not heard from them
I ordered it on January 26 and have no heard anything beyond receiving the confirmation email that it was purchased. I have contacted them multiple times and no one ever responds. The order number is 5352 and I paid for it with my credit card. It was $11.95.

I placed an order on Jan. 28, have requested updates on shipping several times. No one replies to emails, and the phone is never answered.
I ordered a dog bed on January 28, it is now February 23 and I have not received the item, nor have I received a response to my many requests for shipping information. I leave voicemails that are never returned, have emailed them and never got a response. They seem shady and I'm not sure I will ever receive the item. It was only $11.99, but if everyone who has paid this amount does not receive their item, then this company is seriously cleaning up without providing the requested item or even giving updates on shipping status.

Ordered products online and paid in full at time of order on 1/21/2020. I have not received products and they do not respond to my emails or calls.
