I ordered a Dog bed on 4 April , 2020 It went on my charge 6 April, 2020 as of today it has not arrived. Is it being sent, or do I get money back?

I have attempted contact through email no response. I attempted to go back on their website and it's been u see construction since end of January 2020. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they ignored me as well!

I have no tracking # and haven't gotten a response to my emails I have sent. I called the # on my credit card bill for Discount Universe and the voice mail said the*** subscriber is not available. The # is ***. After reading the reviews I guess this is a scam. ***.

Purchase dog beds on Feb 6th through ad online. Free dog beds just pay shipping! Sounded too good to be true and it was. Paid shipping of 24.99 for 3 beds. Phoned and email several times. No response

This business is a scam. I gave them one star because I had to check one - they are less than 0 stars. I ordered two dog beds in January 2020 - although the dog beds were listed as free, there was a hefty shipping fee. I received an email from them in February requesting a review of their company on their website. I contacted them and informed them that I would not review their business until after I received the product. They assured me the products were on their way. To date, I have received nothing.

I made a purchase from this company but never received my merchandise.
On January 27, 2020 I placed an order (***) from this company for 2 pet beds. The ad appeared on *** for free pet beds, just pay shipping and handling. I ordered 2 large beds paying $17.95. I paid with my debit card and the amount was debited from my credit union account. To this day I have not received my beds. I sent the company an email in March and have not heard back.

I ordered a Stress Relief dog bed on Jan. 29, 2020. It is May 12, 2020. Have not received it yet, but they did collect the money from my visa card. I have emailed for the third time today. Don't bother to order from this company. I guess that I will look up any more mail order companies on the Revdex.com site first!
