I have not received my items and any efforts to contact them both by email and phone have been unsuccessful as they are no longer in sedvice

I ordered a dog bed from Discount Universe in early April.***. I paid with a credit card, they accepted payment, but never sent the item.
I ordered and paid for a stress relief dog bed. the ad said I should pay for shipping and handling only. I gave them my credit card number, they sent me a order summary stating I would receive an email staating when I would receive the item.
I have sent them several emails which they don't respond to. I have not received the item. The order number is ***.

We ordered merchandise from this business and have not received it! No response to email or phone calls.
On April 3, 2020 we ordered (2) "Stress Relief Dog Beds", Brown Size XL, SKU-142-Brown-XL. Order #*** cost $17.95 paid for by a Vise Debit card. No account number was assigned to us and no tracking number was provided. They have no valid email, phone number and there is no other means of contacting them.

I never received my order.
I placed an order (***) on Jan. 15, 2020 for a Stress Relief dog bed. SKU- 142. I never received my item nor have I received any responses to my emails that I sent them to ask where my bed was!
I paid $11.95 by credit card. Was told this was for shipping and item was "free"!
I ordered this item in good faith, and now realize it was a scam!

I ordered a bed for $11.95 in Feb. on the 16th 2020 and as today have not received anything from them even though I have Emailed them several times requesting information on the order # 8179... no response for those contacts I made at all.... If I could give some information check out who your buying from this company seems to be not a good one to give and I say GIVE your money to...

Placed an order 2/29/2020. Have went to their web site for their e-mail address have e-mailed 3 times and called 3 times and left message with my phone number. I got an e-mail with order number when I placed my order. That is the only word I have heard from them.

This company is a fraud. Thousands of people have sent them an order and have not received the product. They do not respond to emails or phone calls.

I ordered a dog bed from them on 1/26/20 and it is 3/15/20 and I have not received it or heard anything in order to track it.
I ordered a stress relief dog bed from them on 1/26/20 and still have not received it. I have not gotten any further information from them except the receipt which I have a copy of. when I tried to check to see where it was I found a lot of other people saying they had also ordered the beds but never received them. They are still advertising and taking our money but not sending the product. I am on Social Security and this may not be much for them but it is a lot for me. The order number on the receipt is ***.

On 1/21/20 I purchased online three Stress Relief Dog Beds for free- just pay shipping. I have not received the order and have been charged.
I was charged $24.99, Order # *** and have not received my items. I have tried numerous times to contact Discount Universe via phone at (786) 309-2623 and only receive a voice mailbox. I have left messages and none of my calls have been returned. I have also emailed this company at [email protected] and have not received any responses. I would either like my order or to be refunded my money.

I have not received the products I ordered.

I have tried to contact them by email and phone.

I saw the advertisement on my Facebook page. Their website advertised "Stress relief dog bed free just pay shipping". On Jan. 24,2020 I ordered two beds, and paid $17.95 for the shipping on my Amazon card. My Order number 4391 - both beds in size XL, one brown, and the other gray. I inquired by email several times, also called and left messages (786-***) on Feb. 10, Feb. 13, Feb. 21, Mar. 2, Mar. 5. I had not received any response or information about a tracking number.
The ad has since been repeated on Facebook, and there are many complaints. I feel that this is a SCAM. If the dog beds are really as they advertise they are, I would love to have them.
