Dermaclear

I ordered a product called Dermaclear and Epiclear online off facebook I received these products with no information on how to use them I could find no accompanying phone number to get a hold of this company I was able to get an email address for customer service who did answer me until I asked the question about whether this was a time order There was a phone # on this email for the dermaclear as XXX-XXX-XXXX I tried to call this number today because I received another bottle in the mail that I do not want and want to cancel All I got was a questionnaire that asked if I wanted a free life lock safety system I was able to answer no to that question and then it said I qualified for a free cruise When I would not confirm yes by hitting the automated call hung up on me This company is not on the up and up There is no way I can find out how to reach a live person to talk to There is no company name on the return address only the address The bottle itself says di

sends me a bottle every month and I did not sign up for that I want my money back in full and contract stopped

And,just when I get ready and get the time to be on the phone long enough to call to let them know this product isn't working and I'd like to return the unused portion and receive a refund, I get another box in the mail
