This company uses bate and switch tactics I was told it was free except for shipping I now have over dollars of charges for one shipment I tried to cancel this last one My visa alerted me and they refused I said I would return it and asked how to do that...I was told no Then the rep proceeded to berate me saying I agreed to the terms and it was my fault MG! This is a shady company - the product does not work and I just received another order of Dermaclear Please investigate them and shut them down I see that they are scamming other people and this has to stop
