I was automatically charged and ship for a product that I called to cancel because it is advertisement, IT DOES NOT WORK!
Saturday, July was my days, it's a weekend and I did not have my Calendar or computer available Today is Monday, July 30th and I called them to tell them the product did not work, I wanted to return it and that I want to stop the auto replenishment that they automatically sign you up for I was informed that they had already sent another shipment and charged me $but would give me 50% and stop the auto replenishment Here I am out $for the original product THAT DOES NOT WORK! and an additional $for a replenish shipment that I did not want Just give me my money back and I will be happy to send the *** back!

I answered an ad for bottles of DERMACLEAR mole/skintag removerIt said day trial for would get me bottlesI never saw anything on the webpage indicating that I would automatically receive additional bottles and be charged for themI received an additional bottle on 2/1/and was charged for itI emailed a complaint that the original bottles did not workThe product is a fraudI used it religiously for weeks and it made no change to the texture or color of moles and they did not drop offI asked for my money back and all they would refund was the for the bottle that I didn't orderI feel that they operate under deceptive marketing to hook people into buying this stuff
I, too, am a victim of DermaclearI made an original purchase in October In November they sent additional product that I did not request and charged my credit cardI disputed this with my credit card company AND with DermaClearMy credit card company credited my account and DermaClear replied by email that they had cancelled my monthly membershipI DID NOT request a monthly membership, but apparently they "slipped that by me."
