Due to the customer unknowingly reaching out to previous outside business partners of Rêve Exteriors originally associated with his installation, some of whom Rêve Exteriors no longer has any business relationship with, Rêve Exteriors had no knowledge of this customer's concerns and consequently...

their concerns had not been properly addressed in a timely manner. We have reached out to the customer immediately and spoken to the customer, and should have their concerns fully addressed within 30 days or less as we do take care of all of our customers.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
The $4000 was to pay for the ongoing puddling. DaBella got the business because they were the only contractors to offer a solution to the puddling so we were willing to pay more... $5000 more. If DaBella was not competent in installing flat roofs, why did they contract with us to do so? And does everyone get to sign a contract and just walk away because they don't offer the service anymore? Are you going into bankruptcy ? If so, that may allow you to renegotiate a contract. Otherwise you signed a detailed contract with a 2 year warranty from DaBella and a 10 year warranty from GAF. I released DaBella from the puddling issue but not the warranty issue. GAF inspected the roof and DaBella either needs to make good on the suggested fixes on GAF's punch list or pay us to do so elsewhere.

Reve exterior CEO stepped up to the plate and correct every issue that wasn't being addressed by the company they had hired to put windows on my house. I am very thankful to know that the Revdex.com is there to protect people like us the working person and I also want to say I am grateful to Reve CEOs [redacted]'s outstanding services he provided to correct the problem.again thank you for being there to help all they had to know was that there was a complaint filed and that's all it took my name is [redacted] my number is [redacted] if you have any questions God bless
