I see you told the Revdex.com that you sent out a check on the 23rd.. yet your email on the 23rd to me states that you sent one out the next day on the 24th...SO if you sent one.. it didnt come here to me. and Were still not resolved here.. SOFor every DAY it takes me to get my refund .. I will add An ADDITIONAL MONTH of posting stuff on line and with reviews Ive been finding online from other customers.

Just wanted to confirm, the gamertag option was never paid for and thats why it wasn't applied to your controller. You were not billed the additional $25.95...

as advertised on our site. As far as the minor scratches/imperfections that was our fault, we take full responsibility. A prepaid shipping label was emailed to you for you to send the controller back for a replacement. With the replacement being processed normal processing time is anywhere from 1-2 weeks. The shell was made immediately however still takes time to dry and cure. As per your conversation with Collin today the order was to be cancelled and refunded. I would expect the funds to hit your account within the next 3-7 business days. Again, we sincerely apologize we were unable to meet your expectations and also for the inconvenience and frustration this order may have caused you.
