For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business stated that they already issued a credit on 1/8/in the amount of $7.05, which is correct, but the credit amount was for the return shipping charges for the FIRST time I had to return the defective product, so that amount should NOT be deducted from the current claim amount of $(which represents the purchase price of $plus return shipping charges of $for the SECOND defective product that I had to return).The business can either issue a credit of $against the credit card used for the original purchase, or issue me a refund check in the amount of $ This matter will not be considered closed until a refund has been issued.Regards,*** ***

I’ve repeatedly asked the vendor to return my remaining funds for this online purchase. They’ve disregarded my request via email, multiple voicemail calls and now the resolution referenced in this Revdex.com complaint. Vendor indicates that they’ve shipped the controller, but never provided a tracking number. The status of this order on my customer login page stipulates that the controller is still in the customization process. I just want my money back for a purchase that has never been received.

Customer had disputed the charge and bank had reimbursed him in full. We have not heard from the customer since his last correspondence on April 26th.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was promised that I would receive a shipping confirmation of my controller being shipped on 1/29/18 and the seller did not do what he said.  I have not received any email confirmation that my product (custom controller) has been shipped as of 1/30/18.  The product was bought in early December of 2017 with the website stating it would take 2-3 weeks to get.  It is now 8 weeks later.
