On October 20 I ordered checks and a personalized checkbook cover and I used my debit card to purchase the items. On the website it says that standard shipping takes 6 business days and an additional 2 days for personalized products. The checks came within the 6 days. As of yet I have not received the checkbook cover. I have attempted to contact the customer service by phone but I can never get through to a representative. I have then tried the "Chat" option on their website. I have had conversations with Nayanda (11/6/2017) and Sheenel (11/13/2017) and Nayanda informed me that that both the checks and the checkbook cover were sent by third class mail. When I asked the person why the checks arrived and the checkbook cover didn't they told me that checks travel faster. Both of these representatives told me that the checkbook cover was mailed on Oct. 24, therefore, I should have received them by Nov. 2. It is now Nov. 14! I told Sheenel that I just want my debit card refunded at this point. He told me that I have to wait until the item arrives and I have to refuse it, then it has to go back to them, then they can refund me. This is ridiculous business practice. It I don't have the item and it is past the delivery date I should be able to get my money back.

A full refund for checkbook cover was issued 11/15/17. In researching the item on our website, we realized that this particular item does not show the shipping time-frame and message stating it will be shipped separately. We have informed our web team of the error. We do apologize for the inconvenience. If customer has received the checkbook cover, she may go ahead and keep it no need to send back to us.
Customer had discount for price of checkbook cover the total refunded is $14.44.

I sent the order for $37.95 in merchandise, and awaited an order confirmation, or shipping confirmation regarding the order. I have never received either one or the merchandise. After checking my credit card account used to pay for the order, I discovered first that the charges were pending, then completely removed from the account, and as of 11/08/2017 the amount has been permanently charged to my account with no word as to whether they ever received or processed the order. (which they obviously must have, because they charged my credit card for it.)

I attempted to contact the company several times by e-mail, and was messaged that my e-mail and password were permanently locked out of the account. My fear is that like so many other complaints about their company, they just charged my card with no intention of shipping the merchandise.

Customer's order was delivered at 4:31pm on 11/13/17 with the exception of one item which is on backorder and is due in on 11/30/17. The back ordered item is*** and should be shipped out to customer 1-2 days after it's been received.

Placed my 1st order today and will never place one again! I forgot to add something so I did the online chat which took forever to get a response from even after saying I was connected I asked that person if I could add something since it had only been a short period of time I was told no but if I called they would be able to make a new order and wave shipping this one time. I called up and spoke with a person there who was number 1 rude and when I told them what the online chat person told me that they told me I was wrong and needed to go and place another order. Didn't even say they would help with that (I was on the phone with the place an order by phone) Basically they were very rude not helpful at all and there are way to many places to order cards and gift wrap from...sad they have seem to come down such a long way since my grandmother used them. This case was opened on 11/1/17. Per Tracking order was available for delivery on 11/2/17. Left message for customer to call our resource number to confirm if order had been received. Have not heard back from customer. We need confirmation from customer whether order was receive or not so that we can either proceed with resend of order or full refund.
Customer opted out of emails therefore a confirmation could not be sent. Customer should call back at *** and ask to speak with Myrna ***

The explanation I gave them was that I originally was never given a tracking number, when they finally answered after I sent 4 emails, they then sent a DHL number but when I tried to use the tracking number, I received an error message that it was an invalid tracking number and I could go no further in getting the tracking info. When I reached out again via their "customer support" email address, I again received no response back. I would like to receive the labels I ordered because I never did and I paid for them but after all this trouble, the only thing I really want at this point is to no longer be contacted by this company in any way. I will write everything off as a bad online shopping experience. As for their response about my calling them, I do not have time to be on a call hashing it out with them and that is assuming I would actually reach anyone. That is why I assumed their customer service email they have provided on their website to be an actual way to reach and communicate with customer service.

Although I find Current products appealing, I always regret deciding to place an order. I shop online 99% of the time and I find their website THE WORST of any I've used. Their delivery time is also the slowest and Customer Service isn't worth the effort. I honestly don't know how they stay in business.

I placed an order with Current on 9-17-2017. The website and the order confirmation said standard delivery was 6 business days. On the seventh business day I was notified that the order finally shipped, but that one of the items I ordered was no longer available. I called customer service who offered no explanation for the delayed shipping and I would receive my order, sans one item, 10-4-17, a full 13 business days after I placed the order. That is over double the 6 business days the company said it was supposed to take. I checked their website and the item they said was no longer available is still available for purchase. I pointed out to the customer service agent that if my order had shipped the week I placed it, the item might still have been in stock. The agent repeated the scripted apology over and over again so I asked to speak to a supervisor. After being on hold waiting for a supervisor for over 5 minutes, I hung up. Bad customer service.

I placed an order on May 20, 2017, they promised it would be delivered in 6 business days. It has now been 18 business days, and I have still not received the order. Every time I email them I get the run around. I will never use Current Inc for my stationary needs again. Very disappointed.

They do not honor the discount letters that are sent out. Instead they mail out the order and then send you a letter asking for more money. Called the company and the person who answered was very nasty. Now I have to refuse the package when it arrives and hope it gets back to them so I can get a refund. They have my phone number, so why didn't they call me before shipping out the order?????Big, big scam.

I called customer service the same day the order arrived. The gentleman who I talked to didn't think it was a big deal and told me the check department would have to call me back within a day or two. I asked him to refund the full amount of my order and he told me he couldn't. I also did an online chat with Nancie. When I asked her several times to refund my money, she closed the chat.

Renee *** did call in on 5/3 as well as chatted with a representative on 5/4. The issue was forwarded to our checks department as promised by both representatives. The checks department called and left a message for Ms. on 5/4 8:25AM MST informing her that the routing number was changed at the check verification department because her financial institution changed their routing number. The checks department has not response from Ms. regarding the information that was provided as of today 5/8. As a courtesy to the customer we have refunded the total of the checks in the amount of $35.97 for the inconveniences that she experienced.
