Yes ! I ordered 7 Boxes of Printed Christmas Cards $100. They were never received. I called them and FedEx. I requested a refund. Didn't get one.
This some sort of scam. I ordered 7 boxes of printed Christmas Cards. They said they shipped. FedEx reported they were delivered. They Were Not. I was home the entire day. No Delivery Came. It has ruined my Christmas. I called Current Catalog and they said they would give me a Refund. People were in India or somewhere. No Refund has shown up on my Card. I called FedEx they said they have so many lost packages they can't even open a claim. The Thing Is I Just Wanted My Printed Cards. I am a Senior Citizen and I thought it would be easier for me to get them printed. So I'm Out Over a $100 with Priority Shipping and have no Christmas Cards To Mail. Worst experience of my life! I will never do this again! I want a Refund!

I placed an order on November 29 yet my order still has not shipped. Customer service cannot tell me when it will ship. I was to receive a phone call with an update and did not. I was to receive express shipping as compensation to get my items since they are gifts that J needed this week, and I did not. Today I received an email advertisement offering delivery by Christmas. I am extremely disappointed in a company that used to be great.

All of my items were eventually received. The order was placed on November 29, and two items were received on December 17 and the other three were received on December 22. The lack of communication and response to my concerns was not a good experience. Once I resorted to a Facebook post and a Revdex.com post, then I received information and results.
I placed an order for Christmas Cards that were backordered until December 6th. With the free shipping 5 to 9 business day turnaround, I had just enough time to get my cards out. However, the backordered date was changed until December 10th so I called to cancel the order but was told that they can't help me because it was a website order and that basically I have no options to cancel the order. They also won't send me a free ship back label because it is not their problem if the backorder date changes. But, I should get them before Christmas. Nine business days is 12/23 so I have one mailing day vs the four I had when the ship date was the 6th. In addition, it was very difficult to reach someone to even have that conversation. If they had offered expedited shipping, my money back, or a way to ship back for free, I would have been satisfied. But now, I will never do business with them again which is a shame - in years past, I used to be a pretty good customer.
We have reached out to the customer and offered a substitute item expressed at our expense or a cancellation with a refund. We have reached an agreement to satisfy all parties involved.
This is absolutely the worse company from which to order cards. DO NOT ORDER CARDS!! THEY WILL NOT ARRIVE AND THE COMPANY WILL NOT RESPOND. I have even tried contacting the CEO, Wendy ***, and she won't respond either. I agree with Arvin C, I would give them negative stars if there was such a category! I have never been so livid with a company in my life! I'm just trying to get my money back and now I have to go through my credit card company. Customer service is terrible!!! F- rating!!!

I ordered personalize Christmas cards. I received an immediate order confirmation but it did not include a delivery date. I assumed that the cards would arrive in time but as Christmas approached, I thought I should check. I found it very difficult to contact customer service and was elated when I saw an opportunity to start on online chat.
It turns out that the online chat is not very good either. When I ask a question, I have to wait for several minutes for a response of any kind. The responses that I have received are very vague. They don't know when they will ship. They can't give us a firm date. When I press them, they just quit responding. My family has used current merchandise for many years via local stores but they seem to be the worst online retailer I have dealt with. I would give them no stars at all if I could.

I placed an order and received an incorrect item. I called customer service, they said they would Sen correct item and when I asked how to return incorrect one was told to just keep it. The second shipment arrived and was also incorrect. Both. Packing slips referenced the item I ordered but not received. I called and asked for a refund and was told none would be given until I sent both items back. Happy to sennd back but I do not feel I should have to pay to send back..I do not want items they sent but I don't feel I should pay for their mistakes. I asked a number of times to speak to a supervisor to no avail. Also shipping return label they were to email me has not arrived. SUGGEST YOU DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY,....EVER!!!!

I ordered Christmas cards from Current on Nov 17. I received email confirmation that my cards would be delivered in 5-9 business days. I have not received the cards & called Current today, Dec 2 and was told my cards won't arrive until Dec 14 because they are on backorder. I asked why I didn't get an email stating that. No response from them. I told them to cancel my order and was told I couldn't as they were in process.
Today is *** Monday and they are giving free shipping. I of course since I ordered 2 weeks ago could not get free shipping even though my cards have not been shipped. Had I waited to order until *** Monday, the cards would not have arrived until after Christmas.
Customer Service was of no help. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told she was on the phone and there was nothing else I could do. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from this company again.

missing item from shipment. Emails generated responses of having opened a ticket, then nothing, although I sent them complete invoice info, all the customer etc numbers. It's now been 3 weeks, finally got through on phone, she says will ship missing item. We'll see. Will never use again.
The missing item on this order was mailed out on 11/29/19. We have attempted to reach the customer to provide a tracking number but have been unable to reach her. Please call us at *** if you would like the tracking information.
I placed an order on 10/31/19. Didn't receive. Still haven't received the replacement item from company and they closed my online ticket.
I ordered address labels on 10/31/19. I never received the item, despite their website saying the item had been delivered. I tried calling, no one ever answered the phone, I sent several online complaints, they said they'll send another set of labels, still nothing..... and they closed my complaint. I have no item despite being charged.

The business did resend the labels and they were received. But not until I had to go through a ton of trouble and open this complaint. You can see from their response they aren't even good with dates, etc. as the response says they were delivered 12/27/19.... it's only 12/5/19 right now. Beware this company.
10/7/19 I ordered a box of cks and never rec'd them. mulitple calls and emails and they said they were refunding my money and I still have not rec my credit. talked to them today and they said they would call me back. told them that was unacceptable. I wanted an answer today as this has dragged on. never heard from them.

Placed order 10/18/19 for three items. Order recap showed only two items, one item shipped; charged me $8+ shipping for six (6) cards! Personalized item ordered has never arrived and when I inquire they have "made a ticket and are investigating". Was advised several times item was "back ordered" - "item was misspelled" - item has been shipped etc etc etc Noticed on my bank statement this date have been charged another $13+ for item NEVER RECEIVED. Will never order from this company again and do not have any hopes of getting my money back, Will be filing charges with the *** office for fraud, theft, etc.

Checks ordered from Current are printed wrong and they refuse to reprint them
When Current had a sale on check printing last year in September, my wife, ***, ordered checks from Current, even though we didn't need them yet. As it turns out, we don't use many checks and we finally needed the checks a couple of weeks ago. We were shocked to discover that my name was spelled wrong on the checks, our street name, and even the street number were also wrong. The checks included a cover sheet that says "If you find any mistakes, call us at 1-800-525-7170." So, I did that and explained the problem to the phone operator. I was put on hold a few times, but finally she told me that we had to report any problems within 30 days. I asked where that was stated, and she couldn't tell me. I finally seemed to convince her that you can't have time limits without letting the customer know. So, she took all of my information again and said that the check printing department would call me back within 48 hours. When that didn't happen, I called back again and asked to speak to a manager. Once I gave my name and issue, I was put on hold for a short time and then the phone went dead. I tried once more, with the same result. So it looks like the operators see something in my file that causes them to hang up.

I recently received a catalog that boasted 30% off any order. I logged on to the website to place an order and saw a banner for a promo code for free shipping for an order over a certain amount. I found $90 worth of Christmas items I wanted. At checkout, I realized that I could only use one promo code. Guess what. The shipping was equal to 30% of the order. Unbelievable. What a racket. I don't believe this was a coincidence. I didn't order anything and won't. This is false advertising and I can't believe they have such a great rating from the Revdex.com when all of the reviews are terrible.
We apologize for the confusion. Each promotion code that we advertise in our catalogs does come with a description that states that only one promotion code may be used per order. Our current promotion on our website offers free gifts and free shipping at a certain order amount and has a "see details" link that will route you to the terms and conditions for that deal. This description also includes the text that only one promotion code can be used per order. It is not our intention to mislead anyone. We have reached out to the customer to attempt to resolve the situation.
My advice is to stay away. My family started shopping with Current in the 70's. The company has gone very far downhill. I don't know if it's because it's trying to ship to its Amazon customers first, or if it's taking too many orders for its ability to fulfill them....or what the problem is. I was quote at least 3 different delivery and shipment dates for my order...the one on-line (5-9 business days for delivery); the one where the customer rep when I called on after 6 calendar because I had heard nothing, who said it will ship today; and a customer rep response that indicate they have 9 days to ship -- I corrected her, saying I was reading right from the web site. She then corrected it to -- it will ship next week, and you should have it within 9 business days. I responded, "You are shipping NEXT WEEK, it's been 6 days, and you think I will get it within another 4 business days GROUND from Colorado? No way."
I have no idea when they will actually ship this order, but I do think it will miss the October decorating dates.
I also think that no customer should have to go through this.

I am a decades long customer of Current, but since 2016 service has gone down and worsened. At the present I am waiting on a refill check order and 3 days ago I emailed customer service to see if they processed my order but have never heard back from them. One has to email them directly because the c.s. form on their website does not work. From reading all the complaints on your website and other websites, and from my own recent experiences, I am now concerned that possibly Current is printing our checks and labels in China, This could explain why we do not get reply emails, do not get tracking info on our shipments, get spelling mistakes on our checks, and why it takes several weeks for our orders, even simple non-personalized orders, to be processed. How can we find out if Current is really printing in Colorado? I think it is very dangerous if our check printing is being done in China or any other foreign country.
I am only giving the stars for their stationery products-not their service.
I am now concerned about our identity safety with this company, as well as my own order which I hope is being processed securely.

I have ordered from CurrentCatalog.com many times over several years and never had an issue until my last order on 8/26/19. All but 1 item was shipped to me and I was happy with the quality of the products. The missing item was a 2020 wall calendar. Packing slip indicated that it was included in the box, but it was not. Tried calling the customer support number 3-4 times and never got through to a representative - just listened to music for 20 minutes each time. There was no message that all agents were busy or anything similar. I emailed the customer service address with my complaint, return email indicated I would hear from them in 48 hours. A week later no further communication. Currently sitting listening to the "music" again waiting to speak to someone. Not sure what's going on at Current, but it appears their customer service is lacking. Makes me think about ordering from them again.

I was in the process of placing an order Saturday afternoon when Chat came on asking If I needed help. I was ordering from an email I received previously. I couldn't find where to enter the code. I told Chat I was looking for free shipping. They said to sign up for the specials which I had done. I ordered anyway and at 9:15 PM Central time I received an email announcing Free Shipping for the entire weekend! I contacted customer service. They assigned me a number and then they asked me to rate them. I don't expect to hear from them again.

Placed a large $300 order with the $2.99 shipping deal that was clearly advertised as a banner on the top of the website. Current called me the next day and advised I would have to pay an additional $74 shipping because the shipping deal could be revoked at their discretion. They told me that they now review orders with the shipping deal and is subject to change at any time. No where did it state this policy at the time of the order. The company is operating a scam by advertising a deal then not honoring it. This company should not be allowed to tack on an additional 25% to an order AFTER it is placed and paid for.
I placed an order for special business cards needed by a certain date. I needed the items within 3 weeks, and I was not concerned because the order states: "ships within 7-8 days." Two weeks after not getting an update from them, I reached out. Initially, I received an automated reply telling me they would reach out within 48 hours. Three days later (after still no response), I emailed them again asking for an update. Still no response. the following day I sent an Instant Message to them on their website. I finally got a response (after a long wait). The man was no help. He said it would take "at least 7-8 days." (which is different than the website). I asked for an estimate on when I would receive the package (because I would need to order some other cards if these didn't arrive in time). The man stated he did not have an answer and disconnected from me. No attempt at trying to track down my package. I am still amazed at the lack of customer service they provided. I have screen shots of the conversation as proof to show how ridiculous his response was. Three days later (before I left town), I emailed asking to cancel my order and get a refund. I still never received a response, (or refund). Five days after I left town, I received a notice that the package arrived. The man knew I was out of town. It rained & the package got wet. Since they never responded to my numerous previous requests, I decided to reach out to Revdex.com. There was NO customer service. They did not live up to the contract. And I am out $220.55 for wet business cards that arrived more than a week later than promised. I will never use this company again. And I should be refunded. I have used this company many times in the past, and had always been very please. It has been a few years since I used them (& the company did not recognize me as a previous client). I am wondering if they are under different ownership?

I made a purchase last fall for the first time which went fine. I started receiving email advertising right away, they are sent once a day. I have used the unsubscribe link provided in those emails at least 3 times to no avail. I emailwd the customer service email address provided in the email on 2/2 to advise of that and asked to be removed from the mailing list
I haven't heard back from them and when I tried to email again today, it bounced.

I have not received any more advertising emails from this company. They called and left me a meesage to let me know they took care of this. They did not say, however, why their customer service did not respond or why my email to their xustomer service address bounced. I am happy that I am not spammed excessively - daily - with their advertising anymore.
