I am rejecting this response because: Our 2 year contract ended and Crazy Frog offered to switch us to a month to month agreement in which they withdrew $25 per month since November 2016. They did not show up in for the scheduled quarterly in March due to rain. They did not offer to reschedule.  I later realized they hadn't sprayed for some time and contacted them and they confirmed that they had not sprayed and rescheduled for a Saturday I believe was in May. We stayed home all day waiting for them to arrive and they did not show or call. I called again and they apologized and said they would do a ReDo Service for free due to their error. I informed Crazy Frog that I didn't want a re-do, I wanted my quarterly service as I had paid for in advance. She said they would do the quarterly service that should have been completed in March at the end of June. As of date, they never performed that quarterly service.

We have preformed 1 initial service and 6 quarterly services on the customer's home since they signed up with our company. The last treatment that was completed was done on June 5, 2017, and we had not come out previously since November due to weather and this caused multiple appointments to be...

rescheduled and because of this we were not able to come out in February in accordance to the quarterly service schedule. This was explained to the customer in a phone call on May 31,2017 and again on June 6, 2017. At this time the billing was also explained to the customer, as they have made 18 monthly payments and received 6 services. Every three monthly payments pay in full for a quarterly service. As of right now their account is current, but we will not be refunding previous payments that have been made as they are for services that have already been preformed on their home. We have made multiple attempts to reach out to the customer via phone call to resolve this issue directly, but have not heard back from them.

company will be servicing her home. Her first treatment (start treatment) was performed by our company on 7/8/2016. Per outlined in the agreement, after the start treatment is performed, we will be coming back out 30-45 days later to perform her first quarterly treatment so that we can break the egg cycle. This service was performed at [redacted]’s home on 8/8/2016. Once that service is fully treated, we are not scheduled to go back out, according to her calendar on her agreement, until November of 2016. At this time [redacted] had refused services before we could even get a technician to come to her property. The office contacted her on 11/7/2016 to discuss her account but the she kept refusing services. At that time she was sent a copy of her agreement on 11/7/2016 so she could review it. She was upset because she received a bill from our company. At that time we tried explaining to her the payment plan that she had signed up for which is monthly billing. This type of billing separates her quarterly payments in the amount of $99 into 3 easy monthly payments of $33. According to her account, she was only billed $33 on  8/8/16, 9/8/16, and 10/10/16 to total $99 for her quarterly treatment that was performed on 8/8/2016. We have discussed the agreement with [redacted] and let her know that if she doesn’t want to finish her last 3 treatments since she only completed 2 out of the 5 that there would be an early termination fee added to the account, as outlined in her signed agreement. Due to the customer still refusing services, on 11/8/2016 the early termination fee was applied to her account and the account was closed.

While discussing this with [redacted]l, they agreed to terminate agreement between Crazy Frog and [redacted] and remove all charges to account for early termination if the complaint could be removed. We want to apologize for the technician error for leaving the property's gate open which led to her dog getting out. We are extremely sorry for that and would like her to know we have made a flag in her account to have our lead technician only go to her property and treat from here on out. I have read this complaint and have looked into [redacted]'s account. I have attached the agreement that was signed by [redacted] on 6/30/2016. It clearly shows in a calendar in the middle of the agreement the months that the services are scheduled to be treated over a period of...

12 months. At the bottom of the agreement above [redacted]'s signature states "This agreement is for an initial period of 12 months." No where on this signed agreement states that the services provided were only going to be a one time treatment.
Crazy Frog was contacted by [redacted] on 8/26/2016 stating that she wanted to postpone for a month and during that conversation the signed agreement was emailed to [redacted]. She then replied back to us via email stating she is very upset about the process, the billing, and the agreement and wanted to cancel all future services. One of our office staff explained to her that there is a fee for terminating the agreement before the 12 months is up. We asked for her to pay for the remaining treatments that are scheduled according to the agreement that was signed for a period of 12 months. Customer was very unhappy about that and then began to threaten Revdex.com and going to court. Crazy Frog tried to explain to [redacted] the agreement but nothing could be solved at that time.
The total amount due if wanting to cancel before the end of the 12 months agreed upon would be $396 (4 services left to be scheduled at $99 each service). The first service that was scheduled and completed on 7/8/16 at $75 per agreed upon in agreement. Crazy Frog LLC is willing to reduce the termination cost to a flat $225.00. This is just a reduction of the remaining services that should be scheduled for [redacted]'s agreement. If agreed by [redacted] then the account will be completed closed out and no other services will be scheduled, provided, or charged by Crazy Frog and the termination fee of $225.00 would be added to the account and a bill would be mailed to [redacted] reflecting this balance.

We did not receive quarterly service since November 2016, which was paid for in advance as explained in my earlier response. I stopped making payments inJune of 2017. There are 8 quarters in 2 years. They have admitted that they did not provide the services and have refused to make it right. Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:  I don't want to continue with the company's service at no additional cost to me.  I am unhappy with the results and yes they did explain their process but I'm still not interested.  We were not aware there was a non-refundable contract.  The salesman does not disclose there is a cancellation fee, there isn't a paper copy of the contract provided and the font is incredibly small on the electronic copy.  The salesman then went around telling my neighbors we signed up for the service.  He was incredibly high pressuring.  For example, he strongly urged us to our backyard to point out the supposed issues that are there.  I was uncomfortable then and absolutely never would have signed a contract that had a fee associated with it. Yes- they explained the process via email but I’m not interested in their services.  I am unhappy with the product , customer service and sales tactics.  Getting a hold of the company is difficult and their email responses are not timely. My last email requested to be released from the contract with no additional charge.  The email was not responded to and thus the complaint through the Revdex.com. We were not on this supposed schedule for the 2nd treatment, leading me to believe unless we called, the services would not be done.  I asked numerous times if there’s a cost associated with cancelling the contract when I started emailing the company and the question was dodged several times.  The $10 bug killer bought at the local grocery store solved my issues.
I want the company to make good on their 100% satisfaction guarantee. I am not satisfied, so cancel the contract and terminate all services at no additional cost to me.
Their sales tactics are incredibly high pressuring and misleading.

also mailed a copy of the signed agreement to the [redacted] household and waited for a response. When our company never received a response the account was never fully canceled out. In the agreement it states "If service is canceled prior to fulfilling the initial term of the agreement by refusing to receive or pay for services as indicated in the above calendar and pricing for any reason, the customer agrees to pay the difference between $299.00 and the discounted price of the initial treatment."If Mr and Mrs. [redacted] wanted to cancel at this time their account would be closed and an early termination fee would be added to the account.

5/11/2016. Emails were exchanged over the course of 4 days trying to explain how the process works and that more bug activity is shown which is why we come back out 30-45 days to break the egg cycle up. Crazy Frog LLC then explained the agreement terms and was willing to drop the [redacted]’s price down and have us come out asap to get this all taken care of for them. [redacted] emailed back asked how much is cancellation fee, which we then let her know it was going to be $249 and explained how that number is calculated. Since then we have sent a few more explaining more in depth the details of agreement and services and letting them know that it is normal and that we need to be able to break that egg cycle to get rid of the bugs. They have refused all services and cancellation fees up to this point. We have not tried to put them on schedule until this gets resolved.  We would love to get them on schedule and take care of all the problems they are having so that they can see the drastic change that it will have. Crazy Frog LLC still will allow the drop in price that was mentioned via email and hopes that we are able to get out to the property and take care of all the issues. We are very sorry with the dissatisfaction of our products on the first treatment and would love the opportunity to make it right by respraying and getting the issues taken care of to allow the cycle to work. If this issue still persists after more treatments than we would be more than happy to discontinue services with no cancellation fee if we are unable to get rid of their bug problem with every technique and product we use.
