Jeremiah was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all questions without hesitation and fumbling for words. He completed his task in a timely manner and was careful not to track in mud or debris from being outside checking the outside unit. He also made us aware of a potential problem in the attic that we were not aware of. Stedfast employees have always been a joy to work with. We have contracted annually with Stedfast Heat and Air approximately 15 years and have never encountered a problem with employees or quality of service.

If you have heat or a/c problems, Stedfast is the company to call. Very knowledgeable and dependable. I highly recommend them. We have used them for years and all their technicians are wonderful, especially Bryan.

On Saturday 05/23/2015 I called Stedfast Heat & Air at about 6:00PM..Our A/C went out and you would know it it is a holiday weekend. At 6:05PM Bryan Called back and said he would be over in just a few minutes. 10 minutes he was here checked the outside unit found the problem. We had cold air in about 15 minutes !! We have used Stedfast Heat & Air a lot. Great people very professional. We would recommend Stedfast Heat & Air of Cabot to anyone and especially Bryan
