My central air went out last Friday - hottest day of the year, I think - and Bobby H. from Stedfast Heat & Air came out. He was very professional - wore booties - looked at the unit inside and took all the filters out, checked out everything and then went outside. He worked for about 1-2 hrs. and said the unit was just needing clean filters. (It had 3 we didn't know were hooked up - our fault). Anyway - he got the unit working well and we are very happy with his work!

He explained thoroughly everything he planned to do and did. He even explained how our system worked! This was a welcomed first experience for us. He worked efficiently and did not waste our time nor his.

Josh P and Michael H removed our old heat and air unit and replaced it. They were diligent in working, professional, and polite. They explained how to work the system and made sure we understood, taking time to answer our questions. When they left, the entire area was neat and clean. We are impressed!

We have been customers of Stedfast Heat & Air for many years. We have purchased Trane equipment for three locations and have Maintenance Agreements for each of them. The equipment is of the highest quality. One thing we especially like about the service folks is that they have longevity with Stedfast and know our equipment and where everything is located. We just had a scheduled maintenance call and it was one of the most thorough you could have. Our family is very pleased with Stedfast and Trane.

The service tech did a solid inspection of my AC unit. He worked quickly. He explained what he found and what needed to be serviced. I am very satisfy with his service. I will use this service again in the future.

I have used Stedfast for over 10 years. They have always been prompt, friendly and cost less than others. They will give you their recommendations/advice and let you know what items are not optional. Had two service tech (Josh P/Mike H) come and install ne HVAC. They were on time and completed the work in a timely manner. There work was done with care because they protected things that needed it. Really pleased with these two installers from Stedfast. Keep up the good work

I would like to thank Bobby H for coming out Monday night 08/03/2014. The drain on our A/C was stopped up and water was puddling underneath the A/C unit inside the house. Bobby worked for over an hour trying to unclog the line. It was extremely hot outside but he worked thru it to get the job done. As of today 08/04/2014 the drain is still working. Its a good feeling to know when you need service from Stedfast Heat and Air there just a phone call away and it didn't take Bobby but about 30 mins. to arrive at my home....Thanks Stedfast Heat and Air
