No complaint whatsoever! Steadfast provided very good service and followed through on service, scheduled appointments and pricing. We have a very old geothermal unit and it's difficult to find knowledgeable service personnel to work on it. Will C. did a very good job diagnosing and repairing our unit. He was respectful, willing to provide options and to answer our questions. Lisa in the office was always courteous throughout many calls and questions and always followed through with anything she had to call us back about. Steven, another geothermal tech, was similarly courteous and helpful on an earlier service call. Overall very pleased with Steadfast and will continue to use them.
