At this point, I'm just more disappointed that my issue was not taken seriously. Well I received was an "I'm sorry."...

He didn't even bother telling me when I would receive the package and just that it would arrive in a few days. I took the time to explain my frustration and it's sad this business doesn't accept feedback.

I am rejecting this response because: an apology is not an attempt at resolution. I do not wish to use your services four pictures I have already downloaded because this mishap has caused me to lose trust in a business I have frequently patronized and endorsed in the past. I will no longer the using this business for any photo service now or in the future. I would like to still urge the use of data restoration services to restore my pictures.
Alternatively, you could refund me for any order I have ever placed with your company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I strongly encourage the business to review and modify its customer service practices, as it took a one hour phone call, two 45-minute chat attempts, two emails that did not receive a reply until more than a week after submission, and [redacted] posts/chats before getting a response. Additionally, there was no consistent message from the business among the various communication channels. For the sake of the business sustainability, I hope their practices improve.
