Regarding Mr [redacted] and the damage to his shirt, we are truly apologetic if there was any permanent damage to his shirt and would be happy to reimburse him Mr [redacted] stayed with us on December and during his stay approached the front desk to report that the water from the iron damaged his shirt The following is the report I received from my staff member that helped Mr [redacted] I just wanted to fill you in on more details in regards to this incidentWhen the guest came down to the front desk with the shirt there were NO rust stains on his shirtI even said I do not see any stains he said it's the lighting down hereThen he took out his phone and showed me pictures of some water on the ironing board but never on the shirtHe said he had a receipt for $which supposedly had but never produced I told [redacted] to take a picture of the shirt because there was no damageI then asked the guest if he still need to iron his shirtHe said yes I then went to get the guest a brand new ironThen took it up to the room, but another guest open the door I retrieved the old iron and she plugged in the new iron to iron the shirtHe also changed room with his other partyHe was originally was in room when he came down about the shirt he had keys down here for other guest that were going to be in room He said when they arrive give them keys to the previous room that he was in which was room Shortly after that he went out with the shirt onHe also said that he has or dose work in a hotel and seemed fine with wearing the shirt that night Upon hearing Mr [redacted] complaint and learning this from our Guest Service Agent I sent Mr [redacted] a letter and expressed my sincere apologies I asked Mr [redacted] to send us the shirt and the receipt for his shirt so that we could assist him We offered to have the shirt cleaned as wellI have copied that letter below ***, >>> >>> Thank you for contacting me regarding the iron in your room and the > staining of your shirt We regularly empty the irons between guests and > check the irons for signs of rust so I apologize for any inconvenience this > has caused >>> >>> I have forwarded the information regarding your shirt to our Executive > Housekeeper so that she can review this incident with her staff as well as > the condition of the room you occupied >>> >>> I understand that you have now checked out of the hotel, but you did not > leave the shirt for us to process reimbursement >>> >>> Joann informed me that she spoke with you and requested you send the > shirt so that we can process the reimbursement We ask that you send us > the shirt along with you receipt for the shirt so that we can proceed >>> >>> Best Regards, >>> >>> >>> [redacted] >>> >>> General Manager >>> Clarion Suites Madison Central >>> Rimrock Rd >>> Madison, WI >>> [redacted] *** [redacted] >>> ________________________________________ At no time during Mr [redacted] stay did he make any complaint about the condition of the room and in fact, when he left the hotel he told the Agent that checked him out that everything was great with his stay We found no mold in either of the rooms he occupied and since he did not complain during his stay, we could inspect the room In spite of this I certainly would consider replacing the shirt, but I would have to have the receipt for the shirt or the shirt itself to process that claim I am concerned because the price of the shirt has now fluctuated from $to $to now $as stated in his complaint to you I would appreciate any feedback you can provide Best Regards, [redacted] *** [redacted] Clarion Suites Madison at The Alliant Energy Center [redacted] ** [redacted]
Unfortunately, my family reunion was scheduled for October 7th & 8th, on the first floor in the Trinity Ball Room of the Clarion Hotel @ I-N, Jackson, MS I live in Atlanta, Georgia and didn't get an opportunity to visit the hotel prior to the first day of the events, upon arrival, words cannot explain my disappointment, dismay and anger This hotel should have been CONDEMNED decades ago! First of all, there was NO air conditioning and the hotel was the opposite of pictures displayed on line Secondly, there is mold and mildew halfway up the walls in all of the areas with ice machines The kitchen area that he unlocked for us to use has years of greasy dishes everywhere; old food is rotten and stinking on pots and pans in the sinks and on the floor; the rats run around as if they own the placeThese rooms are kept locked for obvious reasons Needless to say, we refused to prepare our food in these disgusting kitchen areas Further investigation reve

Hi and good afternoonI had the displeasure of staying at the Clarion hotel in [redacted] on Memorial DriveI was very disappointed at what seemed to be a beautiful hotel online looking back at the pics on the websiteOnce I arrived at the hotel I was very shocked at the lack of upkeep the hotel seemed to be inThe walls looked very dingyThere were a ton of repairs that needed to be doneThe left side of the hotel didn't match the right side of the hotelThere were several abandoned cars hovering outside the hotelOnce checked in, I was lied to stating that the card I was using at the time would only have a $hold only to find out they would charge the nights for a full $I informed the receptionist that I would be changing credit cards and she said that would be fineSo as a result, both credit cards were charged averaging $I was told that the 2nd credit card was not charged at allThat was not true and instead of charging the card that Sunday when I checked out, it was charged that Monday August *, I was told there was only a $charge to the original card, that was also a lie There was also molding in the air conditioner and the wallsThere was a mattress in the hallway that reeked of urineMy Neice and nephew were unable to swim in the pool because of the rising water levelsI give this hotel a rating of ?I would never recommend that anyone I know stay at this hotel Sincerely, A very disappointed customer
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] As to my request for the co to explain what they did and how long it took them to do it, in relation to charging me $for a permit that cost $132.30, that question is still evaded by the company as I see no response to it As far as all the supposed telephone conversations, I will show at trial that I am telling the truthI have not told anyone that someone else came to the house as the company alleges You see, hearsay can be a powerful persuasion as here the one person says that another person says that I saidBut at a trial, all those can be cross examined and I can show my phone records that refute the allegation by the companyThis is why this has to be heard in a court of lawSo that I can show the truth The company tech did come back to remedy the leveling of the heat pump which is not the same as stopping the vibration of the pipe that carries the Freon from the inside coilThat was attempted by the tech by putting some goop around the pipe which had no effect on the vibration The pipe will fracture from the vibration and start the whole process over costing me $$ for Freon again as it will escapeThe company has refused to come back and fix itTo do so would cause the plate on the furnace to be taken off and then I could see the "shelf" They did not do that when they put the goop around the pipeIt looks so horrible that I could not sell my house as it looks as if the furnace would need to be replacedThey charged me $to do this
Guest came to front desk at approximately 5:AM stating that the room she was staying in had bed bugsShe brought a bug down to show the front desk agentGM was present when guest came to front deskGuest was offered a new room which was refusedAn engineer and one witness was sent to the room to inspect for bed bugsNo bed bugs were found in the roomIf this was a problem there would be clear evidence of infestation and no evidence of bed bugs was foundGuest requested to be moved to another hotel at our expense which was refusedThe solution to the problem was to move guest to a different room which guest refused outrightShe then checked out of the hotel asking for a full refundShe had checked into the hotel at approximately midnight and stayed in the room for over hours before bringing the issue to our attentionThe GM did respond to the guest complaint contrary to guest statement in above mentioned complaintMoreover, as part of the hotel's bug/pest mitigation program the room was inspected by pest control expert and again no evidence of bed bugs was foundThe decision by the GM is that no refund shall be extended since there was a suitable solution to the problem, the guest had stayed for approximately hours in the room, and that upon inspection no evidence of bed bugs was found

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] The questions that I am asking you for a response to are not responded toThe issue is that the evidence shows that the permit was obtained by you after the factThe attempt to lead readers to think that you paid for a permit on June is not in any way substantiated by a carbon of a checkThe issue then becomes that since you have not responded to the two questions that I have for you, a reasonable reader could think that you are using the tactic of evasion, which a jury would need to determine if that is something that is "wrong"This is because a jury would need to determine if there is a deceptive act by you when you charged me $for a $permitThis is because I was told that I had no choice but to pay you $for a $permitYou did not disclose that there was a secret charge undisclosed to me of $on top of the charge for the permit, for I was led to believe that the permit cost $If you would have disclosed that the permit cost $and that you are charging me $to get it, I could have had due process to question that, but that was kept from me by you not disclosing thatYou say that you have done nothing wrongThe questions to a jury to you will have to be answeredThen they would make the determination if what you did is "wrong", as your claim that you have done nothing wrong is what is at issueIs it legally wrong for you to not disclose the hidden charge? Is the charge substantiated by what you did to get the permit? Since you have so far evaded the two questions, I think that is "wrong" by youIs what you did "wrong" according to the Bible? Is what you did to me "wrong" according to the Koran? Is what you did to me "wrong' according to standards of human conduct of being fair? Is what you did to me "wrong" according to if what you did is deceptive? couild a layman thijk that you cheated me? If so, would then those people think that you did something "wrong"I have some more questions to you.CWhat is your rationale for evading the two questions so far?DIf all you did to get the permit is to mail it with a check, how did you determine that by you doing that you are entitled to an extra $118.00?E Is evading the two questions "wrong"? If it is not wrong, why is it right?

My husband, [redacted] ***/me and our two sons are tenants at the Clarion hotel at 5075 I-55 North, Jackson, Ms 39206. Checked in on February 1st 2015. I parked my car on the side of the building near the window of suite [redacted] where we are staying on February 3rd then on February 10th I opened the... curtains and saw that my car was gone I then called the front desk to let them know that my car was not there I was told that the manager had had my car towed away because she thought it had been parked there and had been abandoned by some trespassers. My complaint is that she ( [redacted] ) told me that I would have to pay the fee to get my car out of the towing shop ( [redacted] service in Raymond, Ms). I asked [redacted] on the next day to let me talk to the manager and she pretended like she had already talked to the manager and that she told to tell me that they are not responsible for getting my car out of the towing shop.

This letter is in response to ID number ***: K&L Mechanical Services LLC is a vendor contracted by *** *** ***, which is a home warranty company that sells insurance to cover household equipment/appliances*** *** *** sends us dispatches for HVAC repairsWe are not aware of what each home owner policy covers through *** *** ***When a claim is made, we are dispatched to the homes of *** *** *** customers, we then diagnose the problem and call *** *** *** authorization department for approval of the repair or denialWe also provide *** *** *** of our price to make the repair and *** *** *** tells us what they will pay based on the customers insurance policy they have with *** *** ***They also tell us how much to collect from the homeowner which they refer to as "non-covered cost" We have a price guideline (flat rate) that is on file with *** *** *** to determine the cost associated with the repair or replacementThese are prices that have been negotiated with *** *** *** which is below retail valueSome *** *** *** polices do not cover modification, code upgrades, permits and have limits set to how much is coveredLike previously stated, we do not know what policy customers have and prices are the same for everyone based on our price guideline with *** *** ***To address the specific complaints: On June 10, we did replace the coilHomeowner's home warranty, *** *** ***, advised us that the non-covered cost to replace the coil to bill out to the homeowner was $1,We did give the home owner a discount of $and he paid $His HVAC a/c system was void of refrigerant and we did have to add pounds of Rrefrigerant which retail value is $per pound and we billed homeowner at discounted rate of $per pound because his home warranty with *** *** *** does pay for $per pound$of the $was for RrefrigerantThere was also removal & disposal fees of $125, modification fees of $240, and evacuation of HVAC system fees of $that his homeowners insurance did not cover based on his policy with *** *** ***K&L Mechanical Services LLC did purchase the coil for the customer and the coil was NOT provided by *** *** *** *** *** will only authorize repairs or replacements faulty equipment at time of serviceOn June 10, after we installed the new COIL the homeowner's outdoor condenser was working and continued to work for a few weeksThe homeowner's system was over years old and his home warranty company *** *** *** would not replace it as long as it was workingThis is beyond our controlSo we get one problem fixed and few weeks later the homeowner's condenser breaks down and needs replacedOn June 30, we did replace the HVAC Condenser (A/C)The condenser was provided to us from *** *** ***Homeowner's home warranty, *** *** ***, advised us that the non-covered cost to replace the Condenser to bill out to the homeowner was $There was NO charges for refrigerant for the replacement CondenserBased on homeowner policy with *** *** *** his non-covered charges were for removal & disposal of old condenser was $175, reclaim & disposal of refrigerant $175, code upgrades for new service disconnect $150, and permit fee $*** *** *** does not cover every cost associated with the replacement of HVAC equipmentAs previously stated it is based on the homeowner's policy they have with *** *** ***The ONLY thing *** *** *** provided to us was the Condenser and labor to installNon- Covered charges are based on homeowner's insurance coverages he has with *** *** ***, The homeowner does have the option to take a "cash out" or "cash in leu" with *** *** ***If homeowner chooses to get his own vendor to make the repair or replacement he does have the option to "CASH OUT" with *** *** ***That has nothing to do with usThe homeowner was not forced to use our company at any point and time he could have went with any vendor he chooseWe have previously worked on rental properties owned by this home owner as well and never had any issues or concernsWe are actually quite surprised to be receiving this letter from the Revdex.com because homeowner made no complaints throughout the coil and condenser replacementHomeowner did question his non-covered cost, which was then referred back to his insurance policy with *** *** ***At no point and time did we know the health conditions or ages of the homeowner or his wifeObviously we have no control over the weatherAt no point or time was the homeowner charged $for a pound jug of Freon and I don't know where the homeowner gets his refrigerant from for $but we would have been happy to use his refrigerant had he provided it and it was constant with what was needed to be added to his HVAC system ieRWe cannot get a pound jug of rfor $Resolution: We did not over charge the homeowner for Freon RThe homeowner's policy with *** *** *** did not cover removal & disposal of his old equipment and did not cover permit feesThe Non-covered charges are a set price through *** *** *** that are used every day with every customerThere is No taking advantage of anyone, there is no deception, homeowner was fully aware of all cost before any work was done and had the choice to say noWe did give the homeowner a discount of $at time of servicePerhaps the homeowner should take his complaints up with his home warranty company *** *** ***The contract is between the homeowner and *** *** ***, NOT K&L Mechanical Services LLCWe are contracted by *** *** *** not the HomeownerRegards, Troy K***
Issues you want clarified:#1 YES customer was made aware of ALL charges prior to beginning work. Customer was made aware by our company ONLY after he was made aware of ALL charges by his Home warranty Company, *** *** ***. They would have records of customer being made aware of charges. There number is ###-###-#### REFERENCE #***-***-*** His home warranty notified home owner of all charges and then home owner called us to verify charges... HE WAS AWARE! #2 Customer heat pump was partially full of RrefrigerantAccording to *** regulations, YOU CANNOT let those gases out in the air. They have to be pumped into storage tanks and disposed ofthere fore homeowner COULD NOT remove or dispose because he DOES not have an *** license. #3 On June 20, 2016 only lb of R410a was used and customer was NOT Charged for refrigerant the day we replaced his heat pump with a R410a system because they no longer make Rsystems. On May 30, prior to changing home owner outdoor unit we replaced his indoor coilon this day 10lbs of Rwas used and home owner was charged $but was given $discount on his TXV (metering device that goes into coil). Rcost per pound on May 30, was $per poundtoday's market price is $per pound. #4 Permit process: For *** county you fill out the application and either mail a check with application or directly take check and application into *** county office. They then process permit. Once work is completed homeowner to call county to schedule inspection. On September 8th 2016, they day we had agreed between us and homeowner to address inspection issues -- Homeowner had requested us to call when on our way. Matt (tech) did as requested and was advised by HOMEOWNER that he had to cancel.. I called Homeowner and set up another appointment time for September 12, once again Homeowner requested for tech to call him when on way... Matt (tech) called homeowner when he was on his way and Homeowner stated that another techfrom our company had just left his house and the repairs had been made.... which was a complete LIE.... NO ONE from our company had been there yet.. So I advised Matt to go on and go to the Homeowners home anyways... Matt made the repairs per inspection report and asked homeowner why he had said someone else from our company had been there. Homeowner just walked away and did not respond
