Citadel Document Solutions

Enrolled in program with 2 citi cards, recently sued on one of them. I now have to pay them monthly for 78 months. The $307.63 I paid monthly to Citadel, from April 15, 2018 up to my last payment in August 15, 2019 (they let me stop paying) was a complete waste, since I was in the less than 5% to get sued, according to Citadel. *** firm took this case, but really did nothing, and $750 was taken from what I paid in to pay them. Not sure why I was paying for that when they said it was included. I ended up getting $1638.78 in a refund from the $4,922.08 I paid in. I was complete with the program in dec of this year. I am in a worse financial situation now than I was before, when I thought I was doing the right thing. So now I have this under my name in public records for everyone to see that I was sued. This company has literally done nothing except take my money. I found out when I contacted them about being sued, they only prepare documents, your creditors receive no payment. I got stuck with fees, and interest as well as the balance I enrolled. The card balance was $7312.00 and I’m now paying back $8261.65. I can still be sued on the other card as well, from what I was told. I do NOT recommend this company at all. They are supposed to help you and that is by far not the case. I was handed off to *** and my account with that card was closed at Citadel.

Best company ever!!!!! Citadel has help my credit and financial standing. I no longer have to worry about getting collection calls because everything has been taken care of. I am getting ready to graduate from the program and can't wait to start my life again! Thank you Citadel Document Solutions!

Enrolled with citadel for a year now, 4 accounts. I had no late payments before enrolling. The 1st account they told me they have successfully invalidated. One week later I get served a summons, as you can imagine, I am seriously worried about the other 3 accounts. I’ll be back to let everyone and Revdex.com know what happens. Especially considering they use Revdex.com to promote and sell they’re product.

Like the name says, they basically prepare documents on your behalf, in addition to some financial counseling through a partner website. They are not lawyers and DO NOTHING THAT YOU CAN NOT DO ON YOUR OWN. If you are legitimately in financial distress, it seems like a better option to just prepare your own documents (easily found forms on non-profit credit counselor sites for free) instead of paying a company a fee. They are very clear about what they do and do not do though so I can't claim they are liars or scammers. Though note that a few calls from creditors after you tell them to stop will not get your debt written off, you need well over 15 calls from one creditor for them to even move forward with that sort of case.

Before enrolling into the program with Citadel, I of course read reviews and I was very apprehensive but I went with it anyway. 2 years later, I can say I am done! I completed the program and can move on with my life. The experience was not at all bad. I gained a lot of knowledge regarding violations and my rights along with alleviating my financial stress. Great company, great people, but I'm happy I'm done.

I've just enrolled into the program. I will give my thoughts and feeling about it in the future. The solution they explained to me sounded logical and made sense to me, so figured it was worth a try.

Took me a few days to fully comprehend how the program works and why it differs from traditional Settlement. After looking around and understanding how to get out of debt this program is the best bet. My outreach specialist explained all the pros and cons and me throwing money to just interest while my credit score decreases isn't helping me. Few months into the program and they are true to their word with update calls on what they are working on and what to look out for in the mail. This isn't just a debt company, this is a team. I was hesitant with some of the reviews on here but if you ask questions and understand how debt/credit works, its a no brainer. Will keep you updated while going through the process.

They do nothing to help your situation. Deal with the creditors directly as this will speed up your ability to escape the debt. They fabricate stuff to get you to sign up and then leave you high and dry.

I joined Citdel and was treated very well. I paid them over $11,000 in one lump sum and instantly they ignored my calls and emails. I am now being sued by my creditors. They are thieves and criminals!

So far everything is ok,, my rep is Ashanti A and she has been wonderful...I am in a drastic situation with calls from creditors telling me they are proceeding with litigation, that is scaring me to death...I am hoping that citadel will assist me in getting out of this mess.. 2 years ago I had a credit score around 750, but couldn't keep up with the credit that I got myself into. tried very hard to pay minimum if not more but it was eating up most of my pay check..I 'm still very skeptical if citadel can help me...time will tell, I am not afraid to post an honest review...but we will see.

I’m in it and my agent miss led me when I joined. Citadel doesn’t work with discover card so if you want to clear that don’t use this company. But they do help with other accounts. But my agent said that they would work with discover another way. Which is a total lie long story short I am getting my wages garnished and it has been such a mess what this man , Matthew, has miss led me with false information to do about the discover card. His supervisor is supposed to help me! I’m really am afraid cause who do you trust now! Matthew I was told is no longer with them!!! I wonder what is going to happen

I will start with 5 stars and work my way from here depending on results. I contacted CDS this evening and had a wonderful clear conversation with Jerry who said Debt Validation is the way I should go. I haven't committed yet being at work when we talked but very much think I will. If it works as he says I should be out of debt and credit restored in 15 months. I'll get back to you with update if they keep 5 stars or lose a few.

This is a wonderful program. I did not go through the process but I have listened to the ins and outs of the program and I may opt to go through the process in the future. Although I have decided it is not right for me at this time I do know people that I will be referring in the near future. I have a whole new outlook on life just knowing that this option and the dedicated people that are working for/with you is/are out there. Thanks so much for that!

When I first contacted Citadel I had excellent credit but could see potential trouble on the horizon. I wanted help and advice. After following their "plan," I no longer have good credit. My credit file is now filled with late payments.

I have now taken care of this issue with the two credit card companies by contacting them myself. I would have been so much better off if I had done this rather than following their disastrous "plan," and waiting for 3rd party debt collectors to start harassing me and my family.

It certainly feels like they threw me under the bus just so they could collect a monthly fee.

I just started the program and will give my rating after the first couple of months to let everyone know what I think.

Great company! I was with the program for about 2 years. I was unsure what my outcome would be because it seemed too good to be true! I completed everything with no issues. I am in a better place mentally, financially and spiritually. I can now rest easy.

Super Happy with the work that Cita Del has done for our family! Lowered my payments and They have started clearing my credit. I have been in there program for over a year now. It really works! Thanks again! Would highly recommend!!!

Awesome , awesome, awesome program! I was trying to reform my current financial situation and this program did that for me! This program changed my mind about my options and gave me so much hope!

Not enough great things to say about this program! They have done so many things for me and greatly lifted my financial burden off my shoulders. I am a very busy person and they have alleviated the stress of dealing with pesty companies. THANK YOU CITADEL!
