When I joined the program, I was nervous but so far so good! Its been almost 2 years and I haven't experienced anything negative. The people are great and the program seems to be working.

I think that they don't realize the impact this has on the people when the program don't work,they have a sales pitch on line about how the lending company has a loop hole in the way there lending money out mine was prosper lending,citadel documentations told me that I had nothing to worry about when I signed on with them and then I received a booklet in the mail telling me what to do ,so I started really thinking then like what are they doing cause my phone calls at work put me in a bind with management I don't no what was really said to the management team at my work place but I've been treated different at work since those phone calls,they took almost four hundred a month out of my account and then at the end of everything when I'm about to get sued they tell me o were sorry this has never happened before ,we'll get you a lawyer to walk you through this and that was a lie so they really just turn there back on ya when everything goes down so people stay away from them cause in the end if theres money involved you will get sued.

me and my wife were going thru a nasty divorce and I was responsible to pay them off. I needed help! Citadel helped me in so many ways. I am forever grateful.

I cant say enough great things about this company. They assisted me and my wife throughout the entire program. We saw massive results quickly. We were already in a horrible position when we connected with Citadel so we saw results fast! If it weren't for Citadel we would don't know what we would have done, seriously.

Citadel Document Solutions is an honest company. They gave me the opportunity to change my current financial situation into a place of growth. I was UNDER WATER! I was had to pick and choose what to pay and it became I stressful time for me and my family. The made it possible to save again!

We contacted this company about raising our credit score. We have done everything they told us to do and have paid in over $3.000 with nothing but a lower credit score to show. My husband and I both now have judgements against us when we were told that only happened in a few cases. Well it happened to both of us. We have asked and asked why our credit score isn’t going up and keep getting told that we are only in the first step and we won’t be in “credit recovery” until step 2. We keep being told that they still need collections on a few accounts. We have asked them to remove those accounts and keep getting the run around saying they won’t remove them until we pay more money. As of now, we are “out of the program” for non payment. We stopped paying because we were not seeing any results. We have tried to get a refund as well and keep getting told the people who do the refunds are not there, but will call back. Now, we are in a worse position than we were and are looking in to filing bankruptcy. I just don’t understand why we need to pay more money just to get something removed? Makes no sense. We were told we would be through the program in 12 months. Somehow that keep getting extended. We really just want our money back or our credit fixed. One or the other. We were desperate for help and feel taken advantage of and now have worse credit than before we started.

Biggest mistake of my life, 1 year into the program paying $495 & I was recently sued. Now I'm worried about another lawsuit. Over $6,000 down the drain. Literally worst decision I've ever made.

I was previously enrolled into this program and cancelled because I didn't see the results I wanted. Once I cancelled, I realized how much I needed them! I started getting calls again and I didn't know what to do. They accepted me back with open arms and after asking a million questions, I now COMPLETELY understand the process. They are the nicest group of people I have worked with. I am now in a better place than I was before. Thank you Citadel.

After long thought, I joined this amazing program. Its important that you listen to exactly what they say because the company will not lie to you. Once they explain everything to me and the risk factors, I understood what I was getting into. So far, I have had a wonderful experience. It isn't easy and you do have to play an active role in your success. I realized that when I called them fussing about progress. It was up to me to send over the needed information to make things happen. As long as you are active in the program, you will be good.

I called Citadel to get some information regarding my account and the customer service was out of this world! Unfortunately, I needed to speak with management due to the sensitivity of my situation and they catered to my needs and I felt like more than just a number! Thank you!

I've been with this program for a few months now and have nothing negative about hem. Yes, it takes time to get the ball rolling but Citadel made that clear. I've realized that they are an honest company, its all in the questions you ask. They haven't beat around the bush but they dont know what your concerns are unless you ask! I've been enrolled in Citadel for 2 years now and its results after results! I had a lot of issues from back in college that Citadel is helping me recover from. I was irresponsible financially and didn't know what I was doing to myself. Now that I'm older, I am trying to make a change before my children have to pay for my mistakes. The lessons that I've learned through the programs they offer has helped my financial literacy. Once this is complete I will never make the same financial mistakes again. Not to mention, the customer service at Citadel is amazing!

Citadel Document Solutions is a great company that has helped me improve my financial health and overall credit health. They are prepared for any situation that comes up. When I was in the program, they called, emailed, and text me to make sure I got my update call and just to make sure I was ok! It was an easy road but well worth it.

I was so hesitant to sign up for the program because it sound so good! Crazy right? Well I agreed to give it a shot and Im glad I did. The people there are so kind and break everything down for me to understand. I've never done anything like this so of course I was nervous. I had bad anxiety but every time I called, they put me at ease about everything going on. They cited laws and statutes for me to research to prove the process works! Im so happy I did this. Im not done yet but so I will be and Ill be back with an update.

These guys did exactly what they explained to me. I have spoke with a few other company's that were taking me for a ride. I'm very happy with how the company took care of my debt.

They removed my largest 17k debt within 4 months. And had all my remaining debts classified as un-collectable. They do what they say. Just have to send them everything in the mail that you receive from the creditors and credit bureaus!!! Highly recommend. All this was done in a year! 720 credit score did their job helping rebuild my credit as well! If you need a resolution on your debt, this is the , most efficient way!

I am now two months into the program. I received Two different phone calls , and received my first letter stating they are planning to take my personal property. I had a 7.62 credit score and was paying my bills on time . When I was approached with a sales pitch this is the best way out of debt. Now I got to deal with this extra worry. Not understanding the concept of something that is called a business to destroyed your credit and have your debtors come after you .

These people are thieves. They take your money and then they will not listen to you. When you tell them that you are done with them they keep talking and talking not letting you say anything. Then you tell them that you want to quit the program they won't let you. I just want my money back. They only helped me get into more trouble with my debt.

Knowing I was on SSD and could not be sued ( I did not know this at the time) offered to help me with my debt. They ask me to pick who I thought I needed the most help with. They took 357.57$ out of my check monthly for a total of 5722.72 $. It was hard making my payment's but I was told they could help me.They told me my score would drop some but they, could help it raise up better I have filed a complaint against this company because I was deceived into believing that they knew how to help me. They say they have attorneys to refer you too. I got sued over a debt and they said " we can't help you anymore" they gave a partial refund for that month and I was on my own. I am now in search for a attorney to get relief of the damages they have caused me.

I was totally skeptical but getting towards the end of the program it is truly a positive experience. There is always someone to take your calls and talk you through things. I had a few of my debts that could be validated and they helped me through that as well. Overall all hope is not lost! Great company to work with!
