Made a purchase in September and it is now November. No product received. Called the number provided but it's "not in service". Sent two emails, no response. Checked my tracking number, says a shipping label has been printed but no movement. Filed a dispute with my bank. This company took my money but never rendered services. SCAM!

Unfortunately there appears to have been a misinterpretation of our initial email to [redacted]. Upon receipt of returned purchase, a merchandise credit was issued in accordance with our return policy as stated allowing for the repurchase of a different size or any other item available on our site....

However we have issued a void to that merchandise credit and issued the expected refund to accomodate [redacted]'s request. A refund notification has been emailed to the address of file.

I placed an order with Chichime.com LLC on 12/*/15. I have tried to contact them by email numerous times but received no reply. The company took my money but did not ship my order nor will they answer my emails.
