The creams were returned to Estee Lauder several days ago UPS and an email was recently sent but I did not hear back from them. I have no idea what Evaluation they are taking about??? I hope that is this resolved soon. Please let me know if you need a copy of the recent email that was sent to Estee Lauder customer care. I have no idea who Linda C[redacted] is I have not spoken to heror received an email from her. Thank You Revdex.com for all your help.
