I noticed a charge on my bank account today so I called the company with the information providedThey explained to me what they are and what they do, I explained to him that I did not sign up for service for credit reports and he said “I’m not going to blame you just yet” he then verified some of the information such as my email, which was wrong and my IP address said Chicago (which I’ve never been) he said I could open a fraud case to get my money back but I had to look at my report firstSo I didI called back to get the money refunded and they’re bqsically calling me a liarThey refuse to return my money and they weren’t helpful at allI want my $refunded to my account so I can close it out and get a new debit cardMost insulting company I’ve ever dealt with

Month after month I continue to have this charge come out of my accountI have continuously tried contacting the company with the provided phone number to cancel only to be informed I have no account with themYet, they continue to deduct the funds from my checking accountI am requesting to be removed from the company and to be reimbursed the funds that was removed this time and if possible the last months prior in which I have tried to contact them to no avail

I checked my credit through this site and automatically canceled my account in Jan My card was desiWell all of a sudden on Feb there is a charge from them in the amoun of $39.90, then the very next day I had another charge for the same amount of$39.90,”.So for a total of $I have contacted this company twice and both times they they give wrong dates that the amount of suppose to be taken from my account that had beef cancelled which I do that automatically, there should be no account anyways since my card was denied on Jan Both people that I spoke to told me that they then charged my card on Jan the amount of $and then again on February or 18th another $I tried to explain to them that so should not had been charged any thing at all and those were not the dates they charged me at allI have my bank papers showing that on Jan 16,my account was charged $at which time they are saying

This is a horrible company! Their customer service is wishy-washy and would not let me cancel before the week trial was up and then would not refund the $monthly feeI called in the day before the trial was up so I should have been fine I was kept on hold for about an hour! Then their call center was closed! How convenient for them! I proceeded to email their customer service because there is NO way to cancel on their websiteThe next day I called in an their agent Javier told me it would be canceled and there should be no problem to get a refund and that someone would be in touch with me via email or by phone within the next few days! Heard nothing so I again emailed and called in, this time I spoke to Jason, supposedly a shift/floor lead- completely rude and unhelpful! He tells me that because its canceled and inactive there is nothing he can do, and no refund to be had! He also tells me that there is no way a call shouldn't be picked up in 5-ish min However, as I went to fill out their survey after the call the first question is "Did the agent help with the reason you called in?" I answered "no" I was supposed to be transferred to another agent- currently on hold again for 30+ min now!!!!
Such sy customer service! Train your people better so you all are unified in what you say! Make your website more user friendly if they do need to cancel or adjust things! Completely disappointed! Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
