I got suck into this by reward zone, I thought the issue had been resolved I called on my birthday 7/17/talk to Michael who informed me that the situation was handle and the refund would take to daysWaited five days no refundCalled back ask to speak to a supervisor (name Jay) who also told me to days but he would send a confirmation so I would know hat the refund is comingNo refund/ no confirmationI want my money back and I want this complaint to posted as long as it take

I was charge a Dollar to sign upI called to cancel the account so they offered a free month of serviceI was under the impression that at the end of the free month the account will be shut downI got no emails, no notifications, or alerts for monthsThen suddenly they charged my card for $I saw it on my credit card bill and called to cancelThen I started getting notifications I called a few days later and said I want the account canceled and a refund issued for the I had to get very demanding with them till they finally issued a cancellation numberThen they said there are still pending charges that I need to payAnd they refused to issue any refund as I had requested multiple times

The information on site is very tricky and misleading when you applied to get a free Credit Score report from major credit bureaus without knowing that the fee for service would be charged on my account without a notification via email if I want to continue using the service or not They just went ahead and charged $on my credit card without my knowledge which is fraud

On 3/25/I signed up to the website's 7-day trial offer for free credit scores and other credit monitorings, using my visa cardAfter signing up I decided I do not like the services offered so I immediately contacted the website operator with my intent to cancel, using the contact us link found on the bottom page of the siteI then received a reply from the operator and gave me this number to cal 866-3831280, which in my several attempts would not allow me to cancel saying I already used their serviceBut I let it go because I was only charged 1$ on my visa cardBut what surprised me is when I get separate $charges to my american express card from www.srvts.com, on 6/15/and 6/16/When I called the number on the bill I found out its from check3scoresI called them 6/19/to have it cancelled, and I requested to speak to supervisor, I was never provided with oneId like to ask how and why they took money from a credit card I never provided them during signu

Called in to report multiple issues with website not working properly and not being able to refresh my credit report , not receiving magazine subscription nor able to get codes for discount movies tickets Was connected to a representative that spoke broken English and was very difficult to understand with all the background noise and thick accent Repclosed account after stated multiple times not to close account and that I wanted to speak to a supervisor which he refused to allow me to do He told me multiple lies on how he had to close my account to do soI hung up on him and called back and spoke with a supervisor and I was told that my account would be re-opened on Monday and fixed Went today to refresh my credit report and nothing has been done account still closed and now being told I have to re-sign up for full pricenot going to do that, not paying full price

Free trial suppose to be until 07/13/They have tried to charge my debit card and all phone numbers to call and cancel service have been disconnected

I did a day trial, and the instructions were not clear on how to cancel I thought I cancelled the service, and apparently I had not I never used the service, and was charged $ When I called after being billed, the operator refused refund me the money, and also refused to transfer me to a supervisor
