We are also unable to guarantee a successful outcome from using our service, although we have found that many members have successfully found the love of their life by using our service in over 20 countries.Our matches are selected based values, attitudes, personality traits and interests, which encompasses things that truly make a difference in a serious relationship.Independent of the facts described above, EliteSingles wants our customers and fonnercustomers to be happy. misunderstanding in this case. Elite Singles LLC has a registered office in Delaware but no physical presence in the United States.  The customer refers to attending an office in Myrtle Beach, SC.  We have no such office there (nor anywhere else in the United States).The customer also describes the services to which her complaint relates;  they are matchmaking services, which are not the services we provide.  We provide exclusively online dating services.We will contact the customer directly to see what steps to take.Kind regards[redacted]

According to our Terms and Conditions, registration on our website is not permitted to individuals who are in a relationship. We encourage our members to report any violations directly to us, so an investigation can be initiated. We have responded to this customer and are dealing with her directly.  We believe that the problem she complains of is due to an incorrect email address used at the time of registration.
