We loved our cabin. It was perfect for just the 2 of us for a great getaway. Getting to it was motorcycle friendly and exactly what we wanted. We also asked to add a extra night if it was available and they did with no problems and gave me a discount for that night. This will for sure be our new get away place

This was an excellent vacation spot. My wife and I had not had a vacation in close to river years, between work, school, and kids it just had not happened. Last minute things lined up and we were able to take a few days for ourselves. We found the Cedar Creek Cabins in north Georgia and decided that's where we would go. The online process for booking and payment was straight forward and easy to navigate and very user friendly. During and after reservations were made the staff very quickly made contact via email with information, directions, and all the instructions needed for access and use of the cabin. On the day of arrival, staff made contact via email and text message to make sure we were on track to arrival and also to see if we needed anything. During our stay they did not harass us with unwanted questions like other facilities/companies have done, however, when contacted with questions they responded almost immediately (within approx. 3mins.) on the day of departure they made contact via text again to see if there was anything we needed and to thank us for choosing them for our vacation. As for the cabin and amenities themselves. Everything was top notch. The cabin was clean and put together, fresh toilet paper on the rolls, clean hot tub, all beds made, sauna clean and dried and ready for use, patios cleaned and swept off, trash taken out, dishwasher emptied, and all of it. At each point in the cabin where an arriving couple or family might have a question there was an instructional page that was posted that addressed directions of use and any troubleshooting that may be needed (no troubleshooting was needed as everything worked first time go.) Overall this was the best cabin rental that we have ever done and we will be returning, hopefully sooner than 5x year. Thank you to the staff for such a wonderful vacation y'all were amazing!!!!

My husband and I enjoyed our first cabin experience with Cedar Creek Cabin Rentals. Wendy accommodated us at the last minute, more specifically, the day that we wanted to book. When we got there, she gave us the address to the local *** which was super helpful. The cabin itself was gorgeous! The finishes are amazing and it's a nice touch for them to have an Xbox, pool table, foosball, and a sauna!! It was so peaceful and relaxing while we there, and we are definitely planning to go again soon.

I had such a great experience booking with Cedar Creek. The service was amazing as well as the cabin. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our days there. Wendy was in contact from the time I booked until after I left and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Cedar Creek!

We absolutely loved the larger family cabin, the quietness, the hot tub and the fire pit was a lot of fun. Wendy was our customer service representative she was available through text. It was very easy to reach out and ask her about any questions or concerns we had. When we had any issues she was quick to give us a resolution that was more than what we were expecting which made the stay that much better. The cabin was clean, the towels were fresh and there is plenty of room plus having the basement level for the kids to have free reign of was very nice. Would definitely book again.

Refreshed! What an amazing little get away. We stayed in Destiny and we didn't leave the entire time. The cabin was a great layout and sat on a beautiful hill with a stream below. The dishes were clean when we arrived and the cabin had all the pots and pans we needed to cook with while we were there. I look forward to going back and working with Cedar Creek Cabins in the future.

We stayed at Chalet in the Sky and the Mountain veiws were breathtaking! My family and I enjoyed everything this cabin had to offer including a hot tub, fireplace, pool table, 2 king size beds, and a full kitchen. It was a beautifully decorated mountain retreat that was only a 10 minute drive to downtown Helen. We would definitely rent this cabin in the future!

We stayed in the Bear's Den for a weekend anniversary getaway. The cabin was as beautiful as the pictures show . Customer service was great and responsive. Would definitely stay there again! Only a short drive to Helen.

What a WONDERFUL experience we had at Cedar Creek Cabins! We stayed in the Tranquility 2 cabin and it is GORGEOUS! Probably the prettiest cabin I have ever seen! Plenty of space and beautifully decorated! We were secluded and enjoyed some good family time, but close enough to visit Cleveland, Helen, and Dahlonega. Would totally come back and stay with them again!

I had an amazing, beautiful and relaxing weekend. Well needed and will definitely go back. Cedar Creek was more than accommodating to my needs! Just so satisfied with my whole experience ❤ I didn't want to leave, it's just so beautiful there.

I cannot say enough about this cabin, we Had more than enough room and the cabin provided everything you needed for a great getaway. Wendy, went over and beyond for us and made our check in effortless. I will definitely stay with them again anytime. I recommend Wendy and Ceder Creek to everyone visiting Helen! The beds were so comfortable, the hot tub was even better.

Our stay at the cabin exceeded our expectations. The views are amazing from all levels of the cabin and on the wrap around porch! The cabin was clean, spacious, and has everything you will need. Conveniently located a few miles from Helen. Staff was so courteous and friendly with check in and check out! We will definitely stay here, again!
