After the recent death of my father I needed to get away and clear my mind and rejuvenate my soul. Hubby and I decided a cabin in the mountains was the thing to do, so we booked a last minute cabin near Helen, Ga. with Cedar Creed Cabin Rentals. we got to our cabin only to be very disappointed and upset! this was not what we expected! after several things that weren't right and letting the rental place know about them, they offered us a choice to move to another cabin of our choice. a very nice gesture I must add. the next cabin was just what we were looking for and I started to rejuvenate again. but a colleague of the rental place (Wendy) txt me and when I didn't answer the txt, then called me to say she had been thinking about me and my loss and offered us another night stay, free on them in another cabin (Which was amazing) I couldn't resist! who would not want to stay in this beautiful environment. I have to say Tom and his crew truly mean and do what they say! and go out of their way to make your stay a nice one!!! I would stay at Cedar Creek Cabins again and again and again, these people truly care!!!
So nice to see that this world still has caring, compassionate, and amazing people who I believe that God will truly bless!!

We stayed at one of their cabins on August 23 2019 and all the beds had bedbugs and we were promised a full refund several times and never received it
We booked one of their cabins from August 23rd to the 26th and upon arrival we discovered bedbugs in all the beds. We were promised a complete refund over and over and only received a small amount. They have since blocked all communications with me. I have disputed the charges on my credit card but that could be a lengthy process. I have text messages from them saying we would get a complete refund and that they actually sent the refund but it never showed up.

The most beautiful and quiet retreat. Very spacious with all amenities you will need for your stay. Absolutely hated leaving, will go back as often as possible.

My husband and I stayed in the cabin 'Tranquility Two' for our 1 year wedding anniversary and LOVED it! The cabin was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed/wanted! So relaxing sitting out on the balcony in the hottub! Very private but still only 25-30 minutes to downtown Helen. All of the staff I communicated with both before, during, and after our stay has been so sweet and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our anniversary and will definitely be visiting again!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Bear Creek! Cedar Creek cabin rentals and Ms Wendy deserve nothing but a Five Star rating plus. The cabin alone speaks for itself and the hospitality was exceptional!

The cabin was clean and offered everything we needed and wanted for the trip. Wendy was awesome hooking us up for the night and can't wait to go back.

We really enjoyed our stay with Cedar Creek. Our cabin was well furnished and very comfortable. It gave us an excellent opportunity to rest and relax. Would encourage all to stay with Cedar Creek. Several hours before our arrival, we received a welcoming text that provide to be a valuable resource when we needed something. Any time I had a question, I received a response in seconds. Tremendous customer service and may our stay pleasurable.

What a wonderful place to come and get away from it all. My family and I stayed at the Holiday Cabin for two nights and it only kept getting better and better. Plenty spacious and perfect for groups of reasonable size with great amenities, this place pretty much is a home away from home. Not only is it convenient to everything in the area, it basically has all that you need on site. We loved the hot tub, the dry sauna and the kids loved the pool table. We will definitely stay here again when we come back in the fall. A "hidden gem' in the mountains for sure! Highly recommended.

My family went to stay at the Holiday cabin and we had an excellent experience. The cabin was very clean and well taken care of. The cabin itself was gorgeous and was complimented by the beautiful scenery of the gorgeous mountains in and around Helen, GA. The cabin slept 8 people extremely comfortably. The entire experience, from booking to getting into the cabin and then leaving was easy and my family left fully re-charged from our down-time. We had a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend the cabin to anyone looking for a luxurious mountain retreat.

My friends and I were looking for a great getaway. We saw positive reviews for Cedar Creek Cabins and decided to give them a try. We booked the Holiday Cabin, located about 20 minutes outside of Helen, GA. The cabin was a great place to unwind and relax for us. Plenty of things to do and it fit all of us comfortably and happily. We chilled out on the deck, fired-up the BBQ and played pool. We had a sauna and hot tub too, as well as high def TV's in every room. All logistics were a breeze and management was a pleasure to work with. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a very well-appointed cabin and can't wait to come back and do it again!

Me and seven of my friends were looking to get away from the city and get out into the mountains. One of the men recommended we use Cedar Creek Cabins, as they have over 40 high-end cabins to choose from, and he had stayed at one previously. We rented the HOLIDAY CABIN for the weekend and what a surprise! From the outside, the cabin looks pretty much like a nice place to stay. However, upon entering the premises, we were blown away by the luxury and décor of this place!

There were three floors in all, and each room was more beautiful than the next. All of us got a wonderfully comfortable bed to sleep in, fresh towels included. There were 3.5 bathrooms, a sauna, a hot tub, fireplace, an outdoor fire pit, a pool table and satellite TV's everywhere! The porch had an awesome view of the woods and was comfortably secluded. We spent the day in Helen (only a 20 minute drive) tubing on the Chattahoochee river with thousands of other tubers, laughing all the way downstream.

When we got back to the cabin, we cooked up some massive steaks we got from *** on the outside grill, complete with grilled corn on the cob and asparagus spears. It was a dinner fit for a king. The Cabin had all kitchen ware and utensils we needed. After filling our stomachs on the feast we had made, we lounged around the Hot Tub, followed by a stint in the dry sauna before showering off in the huge shower with a rainfall-type shower head.

We fell asleep in what was a very comfortable bed and awoke to our second day in heaven. We opted for hiking some local trails and sat under some pretty cold waterfalls along the trail.

I can without reservation HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cedar Creek Cabins as a special place to go when you need a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, and you want to commune with Nature again!

We had a wonderful weekend at Moose Hollow. Perfect cabin for a couple's getaway. My wife and I loved the decor and appreciated the private screened deck with a hot tub to relax in. You have a full kitchen if you like to cook, or a short drive to a wide variety of restaurants in Helen. There is a pool table to enjoy if you so desire. Satellite TV and WiFi service in a remote area....Very nice. The owners communication is the best we've ever had while staying in cabins. Just stay there... You'll love it!

This cabin is very nice and very clean. Everything from the appliances to the beds are all good quality. The firepit, hot tub, deck, sauna and everything are very well taken care of. The cabin itself is beautiful inside and out! It was easy to access within a gated community and it came fully equipped with everything we needed, including linens, towels, kitchen ware and utensils. There is even an outside charcoal grill that we used to cook steaks. There was plenty of room in the beds to sleep 8 comfortably and the four TVs connected to satellite was a nice surprise. The location was very good also; we spent the day hiking nearby trails and went tubing in Helen, all only a short drive from the cabin. We had a great experience and highly recommend this cabin!

This was a wonderful experience for me! Normally my husband books our trips, but this time I surprised him and the process was so easy! I was so pleased with the beauty and location of our cabin and the helpfulness from Wendy! I will be using Cedar Creek again!

Fantastic pet-friendly cabin. If you are looking for a quiet well equipped cabin in Northeast Georgia this is your Home away from Home . Affordable with everything from the cool running creek to listen to on the back porch to the whirlpool tub Steam room booth and pool table . We really enjoyed our weekend.. Amazing experience at the BobCat Lodge. The place was very spacious and clean as pictured. The kids loved the game room and was used to it's fullest potential. Pots, pans, cooking utensils were provided, which was very convenient. Hot tub was hot as expected. And the scenery and atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful. Check in and check out was very easy, communication was easy as well.Checkout was at 11am but they allowed us to check out at 5pm which was very nice of them. I had left my bag behind and they were nice enough to ship it back to me. Overall, I had a very nice and enjoyable experience at BobCat Lodge.
