Harry, the tech sent to fix my cable was incredible. He found and fixed all the trouble I had for the past year. The issue with Broadstar I had, is that it took so long to send someone able to do so.

Vladimir, an ace BroadStar technician and repair man, services our gated community with courteousness, intelligence, and best of all, the ability to find the problem quickly and fix it even faster. He has proven himself over and over again for several years now.
Customer service at first tried to charge me for services I was not getting. But one representative was very fair and took the time to realize there was a problem with our internet connection. I thank her for that. The technician that stopped by was very friendly and knowledgeable
The tech arrived on time, replaced the Wally and remote control and made the picture quality better than ever. He is supposed to be coming back to replace an old cable outside next week.
Hooked up about 3 months ago. Other than a bad internet router replaced at first all is well. 2 TVs hooked up. 1 with DVR. Streaming Video (Netflix) working very well. Local service, Keith, and main service great for questions and assistance. Only giving 4 stars because I never give out 5.

Vladimire from Broadstar worked with me in finding a time that would work for me as I had a conflict during the time of my appointment. While I was disappointed that it took three days to get an appointment from the main office, once Vladimire showed up he had my DVR up and running in no time. He is quick, friendly, and helpful.

Whenever we have had a problem with our Broadstar equipment *** B. always fixes it and takes the time to explain what he's doing. He has consistently provided us with great service over the last several years!

Broadstar has provided cable tv service to our development since Spring of 2017. We've been experiencing pixalation on our tv's periodically since.We had the service techs out 3 times. The last time he was very thorough, checked connections in our crawl space and at each station in our neighborhood. we still have the problem periodically and switch channels back and forth to clear the pixalation. Broadstar sent an online survey to us and offered a $5 credit on our next monthly bill....We haven't seen the credit yet going on about 5 months now.

When we last spoke in January, it was noted that you were pleased with the service after our technician was dispatched to your home. I've been a business customer of BroadStar for over 3 years and it's been nothing short of fantastic. I was a little skeptical at first of having a wireless internet service for our business but it has been every bit as reliable as our hard wired connections. In addition, there are some distinct advantages over traditional bandwidth providers, especially for a media (post production) business such as ours: 1) fast installation!, 2) ability to increase bandwidth with just a phone call, even for a short term need (can't do that with the big boys) and 3) they are extremely customer service oriented. No big call centers to deal with, just some helpful humans who actually answer the phone.
I have had only positive experiences with BroadStar. Customer service and the technicians are all great. I have their internet and television services.

The men who came to fix our TV problems were very polite, easy going with my husband. They took care of the problems in short periods of time. They always asked if there were any questions before they left our home. Very pleasant to have them here.

Our technician, *** was very knowledgeable and courteous during our visit. He showed us exactly how to use our new equipment and got everything (cable box, modem, router) up and running very quickly. It was seriously one of the most pleasant technical service appointments we've ever had.

Broadstar makes its money by forcing complex's to only allow broadstar and they offer a commission for everyone in the complex that uses their services. Their services are more expensive and the equipment is completely outdated Dish Network equipment from the mid 2000's and they upcharge for everything. I'm essentially paying more to downgrade. I am so unhappy with this company.
Terrible internet service that goes down almost every day. I am forced to have there service because of my condo. I have made verbal and written complaints to the association but nothing.
I had a very good experience with the sales person and the tech that came out to the apartment.
Very polite and knowledgeable.
