Arrived in the morning for an afternoon scheduled appointment. It was great to have them here so quickly. The technician (and his supervisor) were both extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Work was done quickly and they cleaned up everything. Broadstar is truly a professionally run company. I would recommend them to anyone!

The person taking my order was very polite and professional. She explained everything clearly, so I could select my options easily. The installer was very excellent and professional. There were some initial issues with my wiring, but he solved them quickly and got my service up and running. There was also an issue that developed the next day with my outside supply line. He came back and took care of things at once. Very courteous and knowledgeable and my service is great..

Quick and easy to set up installation appointment. Technician was very knowledgeable of not only their equipment, but components I needed hooked up as well. In and out in less than an hour with everything hooked up and operating as it should.

Retired Revdex.com of Chicago became a new customer as of Late May. Installer was engaging and handled the setup with ease. The TV/Internet/Phone bundle was very reasonable, being less than half the cost compared to my parting bill with AT & T. My bundled package was almost an exact match with AT & T. for a very similar package.

Myles was super professional and in lightening fast speed had my internet up and running! I don't think I will ever go back to ATT or TimeWarner. Thanks BroadStar! 25mbps x 5mbps speed tested!

Have had Broadstar as our TV and internet provider for almost a year. We are in a retirement community and chose their services over ATT and any others. Affordable and when I call with an issue I get customer service very quickly. When I do need a technician to come out they are usually here quickly. Will explain everything and answer all questions.

Not many issues to be had but do appreciate the quick response from them.

I recently have had contact with Broadstar on a few issues which have been solved and I greatly appreciated it. I know they take a lot of flak but my experiences have been only positive.

The set up was easy the service guy came out hook it up. It was easy and quick he gave good advice about the modem. Also the customer service regional manager was great because some kind of way my order got missed placed and I wasn't contacted about when the would schedule to come out, but she fixed it and someone was out the very net day! Broadstar has vastly improved.
They must have upgraded their hardware/software.
My newish laptop was running super slow.
The Broadstar technician came to my house, replaced my old antiquated router. He was courteous and professional- called me to give me an ETA.

I must say that BroadStar is different. I had dreaded calling expecting to be on hold forever and it surely was refreshing talking to an actual person. Kim listened to my concerns and I followed his requests and instructions as of where to run the cables (after I had tried to re-do them myself). Kim went the extra mile to correct the problem and made everything seem easy.
