I am rejecting this response because:This does not solve my problemAs I noted in my original complaint, no links provided by Facebook to recover an account help me, because the hacker REMOVED my email address and replaced it with HISTherefore, all it does is send the HACKER help, not MEI need someone who works for Facebook, someone who has the power, to go into my account and remove the hacker's email address and replace it with mine so that I am able to use the Help Center links to regain access to my accountI cannot do this as long as the email address associated with my Facebook account is the hacker's, and it will continue to be his and not mine until Facebook manually removes his email and replaces it with minePlease understand that I have been a loyal Facebook user and advocate for years, and it is heartbreaking to me that I have been diligently trying to recover my account that holds years of memories and interactions with friends all over the world, and no one at Facebook will take the time to understand the problem enough to solve itIf I could simply talk to someone at Facebook who is willing to truly listen, I am nearly certain the problem could be easily fixed within a matter of minutes, but instead I have spent hours merely trying to get into contact with someone, anyone, who is actually willing to help but to no avail as here I sit receiving the same irrelevant and unhelpful tips that leave me Facebook-less and feeling hopeless about recovering all my precious memoriesPlease, PLEASE, take the time to understand the issue so it can be rectifiedRemove the hacker's email; replace it with mineThen and only then will I be able to reclaim and access my accountThank you

I believe they are making a good faith effort to resolve the issue; however the hackers are numerous and got back into my account last night I will deal directly with them as best I can-they have interrupted my email service again and I'm afraid they're going to be a huge hassle for FacebookThey're receiving emails pretending to be me, so we will need to work with each other

In the complaint I requested for specifics on what was against the community standards so it

I am rejecting this response because: Facebook has refused to help us in this matter at all. There is no way to reach them. They provide links that do not address the issue. Worst of all, after continually resetting passwords, submitting credentials, and routinely being locked out of the account because of "suspicious IP addresses," we cannot interact with our customers who are asking questions and seeking information about our business.It's absolutely frustrating to receive promotions from Facebook to purchase advertising when we can't even log onto their platform. I find their customer service horrendous, and frankly, unacceptable

We have been trying to resolve the issues discussed in the reviews, but the reviewer refuses to work with us
She continues to escalate the situation by blatantly posts the wrong information and having her friends do the same
Their actions have risen to the level of harassment
When we tried to contact Facebook to resolve the harassment issue, we were told that it did not go against community standards, even though it clearly states that harassment will not be tolerated
Now the harassment is on the verge of damaging our reputation and it is all based on incorrect information
The slanderous reviewers are:
