I am rejecting this response because:I tried appealing to Facebook via the link they provide, I never received a response from them until th Revdex.com became involvedFacebook is very tough to contact and they don't readily respond to their usersThere should be a customer service email for contacting a Facebook and it should have a to hour response timeSocial media is a big thing this day and age, Facebook needs to improve their customer service.

This is an unfair decision based on the facts that I just set a new account and without running any advertisements etcyou at Facebook disabled my account without telling me what I did wrong Not only did you judge me as being guilty of something, but you also gave me no guidance or second opportunity to get things correct Bing ads helps people like myself setup and run new accounts with generous amounts of their time and knowledge which helps both of us succeedI would like to think a company as large as Facebook would also have this abilityHow can anyone be expected in life to get things right the first time, each and every time we try something newI followed the guidelines at Facebook to the best of my ability, and I would like to learn what was wrong and to do things correctlyHow I can get better at something if I am not given a chance?
At this point I totally do not accept your decision and would kindly ask for more clarity, and a second chance of running a campaign on Facebook using my account.

Facebook has resolved this issue and I am very happy with their resolve and response

I have submitted my photo ID, passport, and pictures MULTIPLE TIMES since April 26th and Facebook has not sent an email AT ALLAs of today May 16th the issue has not been resolved and my account is still not active

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I want to know what I was doing wrong so I do not follow in that path again Just recently (in the past couple days) has my account been restored again for the 9-10th time and I am afraid it is going to happen again As I mentioned, every time I submit a copy of my Driver's License and my account is unlocked again Is it something I am doing wrong? Was my account coded wrong? I am just confused as to why this happened 10+ times and now you are saying the issue is resolved?Sincerely,*** ***
