Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: once again my account has been
SUSPENDED after less than a day of being reactivated! I was able to log on today, I was able to see that in my submit an apeal section I had open cases STILL WITH NO RESPONCE I was able to pidt on my business page I then came home, was planing on linking my instagram to my face book I loged in and got greeted to a message saying "we noticed suspicious activity please upload a photo" with I did AGAIN I then tried to log in later on and it said "your account has been suspended I had to submit an apeal AGAIN with I already have open and NO responce, it wants me to send my ID AGAIN ive done itWhy does it do this all I want is to pay YOU for adverts on my business page You are messing me about big time

I am rejecting this response because:
I had a very simple request - for facebook to provide me with an email address or phone number to contact where a real person would assist to resolve the issueHowever, facebook simple responded with a list of links to help center and community forms, that I have already explored, and they do not solve the problem of communicating with real human representatives from facebookThus, facebook has not full filled the request to provide contact information (e.gemail or phone)

This is absolutely useless informationThe response here has been copy and pasted from a FAQ page directly from Facebook.comIt is an itic, lazy and degrading response to my inquiryIt does not appear that you even read my initial inquiryI am NOT having issues logging in, I have been blocked by your team for "security reasons"My account has been disabled BY FacebookI need my account to be reviewed immediately and need access to be granted to my account
I have completed the appeal form on Facebook.com countless times, being told that I will hear back from someone "shortly"However, no contact has been made, except here on the Revdex.com platformI have sent pictures of my face, per Facebook requestI have sent in copies of my ID, per Facebook requestI have not heard back from anyone at Facebook since my initial inquiry on JUNE 22, and this is ridiculousIt has been well over a month, and I am still locked out of my account, being told that my account was DISABLED

If you would've read my initial complaint like you claim thoroughly you would have read I have submitted my ID numerous times and you keep asking for itBut, once again here I am sending it inAnd I think email only is a horrible way to do businessEspecially when issues like this ariseYou want to prove I'm real and send in my ID however, you don't want to actually talk to anyone to make sure they aren't just using a fake name and IDLol, for realthinkI and many others have sent in their ID's numerous timesYou closed my account one time because you allowed someone to report my macaroni and cheese pic as nudity and said it violated your community standardsYou don't even check reports honestly and fairlyI know people who have been banned for posting real derogatory crap for days at a time and never loose the acct but*** *** *** let me post pics of dinner and bam loose that babyI get asked for ID and I send it in five minutes later because of haters and jealous people report accts just because they find it hilarious to see someone loose thousands of pictures of your children or have to create over accts because your ex is a psycho and he has many people who keep messing with meWho find me and I never know who they are so blocking him alone is uselessBut you will close my acct with no fair word or responses from me to be able to talk to a love person and figure things out you just accept stupid *** for excuses and let the major crap goes depends on who depends on doing their jobs fairly that actually reviews these reports of it's anyone at all and not some robot who can't make a fair and just decisionsBased on how it desyphers the pictureIt's a joke! Why even allow reporting of stupid ***? It's social media it's freedom of speech and it violates many constitutional rightsIf they are in secret groups or closed groups or public groups and are reporting people and things that's just stupid as they are there on their own free will and can leave as such as wellYou have created a world of cry babies and jealous revenge because of itI agree with pedophiles but maybe to be a part of certain groups you could put age restrictions based upon ID's you check upon registering on Facebook to cut our children on a web media they shouldn't be anywayAnd once an ID had been viewed the acct should be marked accordingly and shown as verified so people don't have to deal with the jealous haters in the worldMake people say suck it up! Closed and secret should be 18+ And verified as such then they can't join If you aren't an adult then no accessLike I said as an adult they enter into rooms at their own choice and free will they shouldn't be able to report accountsJust leave and admins still can boot to protect from troubles inside the groupsThat is a much better environment for social goers than what you currently are offeringEspecially since your people don't do their jobs anyway and allow this to happen.
