Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have already tried the suggestions they make: I have already reported the site as fraudulent and yet it is still thereThis is the site: [redacted] The ad for its store appeared on my PERSONAL NEWS FEED, promoted by FacebookI shopped there because I thought it was safe - after all, it was on what is supposed to be a personal, safe siteHowever, I got scammedDozens of people are now complaining (I invite you to read the posts on the site) and yet their page is still there, waiting to take in more unsuspecting customers What I am asking Facebook to do is, first, to check who they do business withI feel violated: I shopped there on their recommendation and I see now that I should not have followed itSecond, they MUST take down the [redacted] account to prevent other people from suffering the sameThird, I think they owe us all apologies for letting fraudulent businesses operate on their network and for promoting said businesses at our expense Sincerely, [redacted] ***
