Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because based on the facts that Facebook Inc. has listed, I find these facts not true not one time did I commit a violation to Facebook Community Standards Rules. Not one time did I repeatedly comment on posts in a short period of time, not one time did I rapidly add people to any group, not one time did Tag people who aren't my real life friends. I have simply ask for proof on when you investigated this situation and what facts you have that classified I broke a Facebook policy. I have repeatedly ask Facebook to provide me proof, and its kind of obvious that in general they obviously have NO PROOF if me doing anything wrong at all. I feel like they discriminated against me and blocked me with no real clear evidence. I still demand that Facebook needs to provide me with real clear evidence instead of coping the community standards in their last BBB response and posting them as their response. I think that I have the the right to know why Facebook Blocked my Account...... Again should Facebook dodge a solution this wont be the end of this, I will open a NEW COMPLAINT with the BBB again, and then even submit a new complaint to a Federal Agency next, this will not go away until I get the answer I am looking for. Complaint: [redacted] I have to reject this answer as it is completely irrelevant to what I asked. Facebook never asked me for my ID, it asked for a picture of my face. Three times. Each time I sent an appropriate picture and two times out of three, my account was disabled. I then had to appeal by sending my ID myself through this form [redacted] Currently, my account is disabled and there has been no answer to my appeal. I would like Facebook to stop blocking my account and to tell me why I have been subject to the same security checkout three times even though I have never broken any rules. Sincerely, [redacted]

Here are the URL's from the groups I am no longer able to admin: [redacted] I am looking to gain admin ability back for my for sale groups that I use to assist me in branding my business Originally, they were under a pseudonym account with the email address [redacted] That email STILL receives notifications upon member requests and activities, but Facebook closed it as they deemed it to be a "grey" account All groups have my business billboard as the banner ad All of these groups were under the admin of the same account to the same IP address as my personal account I used the pseudonym account the same as I use my company account, as a means of separating myself from my business should a member be upset that they were deleted for foul language, prohibited items, etc My [redacted] account is still temporarily suspended, which means it can be reactivated, or the groups admin position be moved to my personal account, [redacted] I currently employ full time staff members to monitor the groups on my behalf We do all of the work Facebook should be doing at no cost to Facebook, I pay all wages for labor I am asking the account be reactivated for a time for me to move admin status to my personal account, or that my personal account is given admin status of these groups I have sent over my personal id (as requested), made approximately inquiries for assistance (without any assistance given), given ample amounts of proof showing I am the correct admin, and have received no form of customer service from Facebook upon this matter Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, Adam Flaherty
