Hi, at this time I could actually report the problem in your system. But I got a response that Facebook could not locate my account even though I already explained that I deleted my account and still got a receipt statement with another Facebook username.I forwarded that statement to Facebook, and I am hoping Facebook corrected this case.

I am rejecting this response because: this is an automated response and does not answer any of my previous comments or questions. I will ask again. How do I turn my Facebook account back on? You threw me out and it is near impossible to speak to someone. I am being treated like a digit as opposed to a customer. This is unfair. Please let me know how to get my account active again. This is getting ridiculous.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The latest response to my complaint has nothing to do with my issue; it neither addresses the fact that my account is locked because Facebook is supposedly still verifying my ID I sent over 8 weeks ago, nor does it give me the ability to contact someone from Facebook directly to help.
Just in case they try to weasel out of a response again, here's my entire complaint reworded and repeated, with all the information they asked for:
Hi there Facebook, please release my account as a hostage of your ID verification process. I use my account for business and I have not been able to access it for over 8 weeks now because you have locked me out. My account's email address is [redacted]. I understand these complaints are posted, so now everyone else can see my account email address, too. So, thanks for that icing on my cake. Please respond to me with one (or all) of the following:
A. A way to contact someone from Facebook directly so I can resolve this issue without wasting the Revdex.com's time. (Seriously, this is ridiculous).
B. Confirmation that the verification process on my ID for my complaint is nearing completion.
C. I'll also accept immediate access to my account.
