Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: They did not even read my complaint. Their "response" is clearly a round-one form letter. It's insulting. As indicated in my initial complaint, I already tried the account archive downloader. It did not contain my messages. Anyways, Facebook has made it abundantly clear they do not care about the quality of certain aspects of their service. I've been able to resolve the issue without their help by using a third party app. I am extremely dissapointed by Facebooks apparent lack of concern about their users.
Just a simple search reveals many problems with their account archiver tool...

am rejecting this response because: well I am now able to access my account I am not giving more information and thus this account does not currently have an email address associated with it just a phone number. when I gave my picture I was told that it would be deleted after a short. Of time and have received no indication that my picture has been deleted or what the supposedly suspicious activity was. Attention Facebook Legal DepartmentI am rejecting this response because: I have tried all of those things. Facebook will not allow me to log in and I have NO ACCESS TO MY FACEBOOK BUSINESS PAGE. I am asking for them to allow me access to delete the page or for them to delete the page. Facebook customer service is terrible and I have lost control of my business information. My stuff is trademark and copyright as is my business name but I can not get to it to delete the page. Facebook is using my information in violation of US Law since I revoked my consent for them to use well over one month ago. The Facebook help center has generic solutions for generic problems and my problem is very specific and I am asking for specific help. I would like Facebook to respond with a specific method of getting assistance regarding my specific problem from a real human being and not a generic solution to an irrelevant problem that I am not experiencing. It seems as though my original message was not even read or considered and I was just directed to a database which I've already found to be unhelpful.
To be perfectly clear, I want a response from a human being at Facebook, who can specifically address my individual issue that I am experiencing. This is so personal and so important. I want to feel like Facebook actually cares about its users, as it likes to claim in the memories posts etc. Please help me, as a human being, with my specific problem and do not refer me to a database. Please tell me how my specific problem can be addressed and solved. Thank you.
