Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I am now totally 'locked out' of Facebook. I also, kept getting the 'run around' from the customer support team. I would like a telephone #, & a representative's name (from Facebook) with whom I can speak directly. Better yet, I want the direct telephone #s of[redacted] or[redacted]Sincerely,[redacted]

to complaint ID[redacted] but I am still not completely satisfied with the reply I got from Facebook. Namely, I am asked to provide an URL, but since I have no access to my profile at all I cannot see and copy paste my URL! Thus, I cannot really understand why I am asked for this information when obviously the facebook URL of my profile at the moment is not available. However, I believe it should be [redacted] but when I try to search it at the moment I get a note saying "This page isn't available" - which is not surprising since my profile is available neither for me nor any of my friends.
Since the URL is not available, I am providing a screen shot of my Facebook profile when I try to log in. My user name, email and profile picture are all visible there. Furthermore, I am also providing a scan of my ID, the same I have sent to Facebook countless times by now, but in vain since my account was not re-activated. I am hoping this will be now sufficient to have my account reactivated. It has been 10 days and I really cannot understand why it is taking such a long time.
As I have already mentioned in my complaint: I have written my name on my profile in both Cyrillic and Latin letters and additionally I have my nickname in Cyrillic letters. If Facebook is bothered by any of this, then I am fine with leaving my name in Latin letters and removing both the Cyrillic transcription and the nickname.

Complaint: [redacted]I have to reject this answer as it is completely irrelevant to what I asked. Facebook never asked me for my ID, it asked for a picture of my face. Three times. Each time I sent an appropriate picture and two times out of three, my account was disabled. I then had to appeal by sending my ID myself through this form [redacted]
Currently, my account is disabled and there has been no answer to my appeal. I would like Facebook to stop blocking my account and to tell me why I have been subject to the same security checkout three times even though I have never broken any rules.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I've submitted my ID, birth certificate, social security card to prove who I am but Facebook keeps requiring me to prove who I am and they keep disabling my account for no reason. The last time they closed my account they wouldn't show me what I did wrong even when I appealed them closing me account.[redacted] says he wants people to allow free speech on Facebook but I don't think he does since I can't access any of my large groups because when I post conservative posts they close my account like this. I'm not the only one that Facebook is doing this to. Facebook will just ignore my attempt to get my account back even when I do the links they suggest. Recently my husband got his account back after showing his ID and didn't post anything and within ten minutes they closed his account again asking him to provide his cell number after he already showed his Drivers License and social security card and birth certificate to get his account back. His account is disabled yet again because he no longer has his cell phone which means we can't access our conservative groups because Facebook keeps closing our accounts. This is their way of harassing conservatives on Facebook. My [redacted] groups are without admins now because they closed our Facebook accounts for no reason.  I have others that want to do a class action lawsuit because of this happening to others.Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  Facebook again still insisting I use my real "authentic" name and to prove this is my name, when the basis of my complaint is that I do not want to use my real name due to an ex boyfriend and the fact I wish to change my surname, but have no legal papers. see posts or post ourselves. We solved this by adding Admins to the page, now everything works fine (if you are logged in as the Admin), but if you try to login as the page - everything is broken again.Sincerely, [redacted]
