I searched for the Tickets for *** concert also and was sent to this site. I thought it was legit. I was charged DOUBLE for the ticket price and 30% more for the handle charge. THIS SITE is A total RIPOFF> you cannot back out of the transaction either. BEWARE. THEY ARE TERRIBLE

My wife wanted tickets to a show at the Walnut Street Theater in Philadelphia, so I googled it and the first link to show up is for this rip-off site. Thinking I was dealing with the theater I ordered the tickets and when I got the confirmation email, I realized it wasn't the theater. I immediately replied to the email that I wanted to cancel the order. I emailed a total of five times with no response. I was going to dispute the transaction with the credit card company but didn't think I would win because they say on the site that they are not the venue which I didn't take notice of. So I got ripped off and will never fall for that again. The tickets from the theater were $40. I was charged $71 plus a handling fee of $22 for each ticket. Caveat emptor. Will never fall for that again.

Why is this still a business? Why are they allowed to still con people? You call and ask about your ticket and you get directed 3/4 times. Or they don't answer. I have been told my tickets would be to us by March 14. They still aren't here. I keep getting emails saying "soon." Here it is, concert day and NO TICKETS. I planned a whole trip around this concert. Long drive, hotel, etc. and now nothing. This is disgusting that they take advantage of people and are still a working business. DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NO BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!

This ticket transaction was done over the phone # given on a website from www.ticketsalesonline.com. I asked the customer service rep. very specific questions before buying the tickets. I gave him very clear specific seating area I wanted. He first said the tickets ranged from $50-$110. Later he came back to me with $189.99 to which I reiterated his quote and this new quote is now way above that. Yes, he said that that all sales are final. IF I was told the truth from the beginning the transaction wouldn't have been done. I would have hung up. But the man said that there would be processing fee whether you order by phone or going directly to the place of establishment. I called the place of establishment after I hung up the phone and the place of establishment where the concert was held said, "No we do not charge a processing fee if you get it here and the tickets don't go on sale till Feb.!" Mind you this is Jan. and the concert is not until July. Called the online establishment back and "***" the manager on duty would not refund due to the "all sales final". To which I replied, that all sales are final if it would have been started with truthful answers to my question from the beginning. Final insult is when I get a confirmation receipt in email from Box Office Ticket via Square with the seats confirmation no where close to what I asked. I told the man that I do NOT have the seating chart in front of me but he said "No problem I can help you with that." I told him exactly where I wanted the seats location. Because I pd through Visa I was able to dispute the charges and "***" said in defense that my seats were sold and that's why I got different seating that what I had asked for. UMMM...wouldn't the customer service rep tell me that in our conversation? I would have never said yes to the seats way in the back for $189.99!! This company and it's customer service rep. will say anything to get their transactions and you will be disappointed in sale because "all sales are final". Hopefully, the Credit protection will resolve this and I have reported to FTC. Can't believe that this company is still on here with all these bad reviews on their experiences. Yes, I couldn't do the research for reviews as you don't get the Box Office Ticket until you purchase and get email for receipt in which it lists the company where purchased!

I received an email about a purchase of two tickets that I didn't make. I phoned and was transferred three times in forty-five minutes before being disconnected. As soon as I told the person on the line why I was calling they transferred me - right back to the line I first was holding.... I attempted to email them at the email address provided and it bounced back as it doesn't exist. ***@boxoffice-tickets.com I think they scammed my credit card.

I purchased two concert tickets from Box Office Ticket Center and received a confirmation. They charged my credit card $500 for the two tickets. 3 days before the event I received an email offering "alternative" tickets for the same price. The seats for the alternative tickets were not as good as what I had purchased so I rejected the offer. I then received an email telling me the original tickets I purchased were not available and my money would be refunded within 5-10 business days. That was 22 days ago and I still don't have my $500 back. Complete scam! I assume they sold my tickets for a higher price as the concert date got closer, offered me lesser seats for the same price, and then when I rejected the alternative said they'd refund my money, but haven't.

This company will sell tickets to events and we were denied access to the event w the tickets. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased tickets from this site after being somehow directed there from a Canadian venue.
Tickets were higher in price than the Box office price and had a hefty fee attached. However, the site made It appeared as if few tickets remained so purchased thinking that this was CDN $. When I received the invoice I found that it was in fact USD!!

Several calls and emails to customer support resulted in nothing but frustration and a refusal to either cancel or refund. There answer was basically I should have read the fine print on the last page somewhere on the bottom it indicated USD.

Be careful with this site! They are a reseller basically purchasing tickets from the box office and charging a premium.

To Whom It May Concern:
Last night at about 9:30 pm I went online to purchase concert tickets for a concert in February. I purchased 6 tickets at $149 per ticket. During the check out process I did not realize that there was a $44.76 charge per ticket. That is a 33% mark up per ticket. After I hit the purchase button, and the receipt showed up, I was frantic. Gosh, I didn't mean to do that! I immediately called the phone number on the receipt and explained to the sales person and his supervisor what happened. They both told me that they could not help me, that the sale was final and that my only recourse was to contact Ticket Boat. I was thinking to myself, how could this be. A slip of the finger or being less than attentive is going to cost me $277 for service fees! What !!!!
I called Ticket Boat but they were closed for the day. I then called my credit card company to alert them of the transaction.
Today I called Ticket Boat and spoke with Portia. She told me that Ticket Boat "had nothing to do with the service fees. They do not get a cut of that money." She said that I had to talk to someone over at Box Office Ticket Center.
I called back Box office Ticket Center and spoke with *** and was told nothing could be done. I requested to speak to a manager. After some time on hold the manager appeared on the line. I explained my situation. She said I knew what I was getting and she will not cancel the order. She was curt. I hung up the phone because I could not believe her blatant disregard for a customer.
I sent and e-mail to the company using their link. The e-mail was un-deliverable to an apparent non-working email address.
OK, so then I contacted the Texas Attorney General's Office Consumer Protection Agency to find some assistance. They told me that this company is on their radar and that I needed to file a complaint on their website.
I proceeded to the website to complete the form. The form requests the address of the entity. The address is nowhere on their website or on the receipt. I call them to find out their physical address. I ask for the address and the sales person said that she cannot give me the address. She asked me why I wanted their address. I told her that I needed to send some correspondence via the mail. I ask why? There is silence, then comes the answer. My manager said that we cannot give out our address. I pressed her for an answer, she proceeded to ask me to verify who I am. I did. Then I continued to ask for the business address. She continues to refuse to answer. I was able to get from her that they are in Connecticut. I ask for her manager. She said no one was available. I continue to press her. Then she said hold on. The manager appears. He said "I have been here the whole time and I heard the entire conversation. I will not give you the address. I can give you the e-mail address." I told him that the e-mail address on the receipt is incorrect and then he gave me another e-mail address which is ***@tickettracker.com. I left a message there as follows:

The e-mail address you printed on the receipt you sent is incorrect, but somehow I know that you are already aware of that!
You refuse to give me your physical address. Why?
I have contacted my credit card company and the Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Agency regarding your predatory practice. You are preying upon unsuspecting citizens. You are a fradulent company, and I will work diligently to see to it that you lose your ability to continue to do business.

I spent some time on the phone with my credit card company. They reassured me that this company is sketchy, that there is no information about them. They had a hard time finding an address. They directed me to this website. I will go ahead and complete my complaint with the Texas Attorney General's office.
Citizens, please beware. Their are predatory companies hoping you will just go away once you realize you have been ripped off, but please do not do that. Fight back!

FRAUD! My mom purchased Hamilton tickets online through their website, and after the order confirmation, she was supposed to get an email with tickets she could download. The email didn't come. We tried calling and were put on hold for a half hour. During that time, we called her credit card company to report this, and they agreed not to hold her responsible. Thankfully, she won't have to pay for these phony tickets. When we finished our phone call with the credit card company, boxofficeticket.center finally answered, and when I said "hello?" they hung up.

I have purchase several ticket from this Agency and always had great service, ontime, friendly, fast , helpful and most of all GREAT TICKETS!!!!!

Shocking! Read how many reviewers describe the same negative experiences. Its no coincidence. The same complaints are repeated by so many. This shameless company is an outrageous ripoff. Unfortunately, they are very cleaver and you probably won't realize your mistake until its too late. They are a tricky smoke-and-mirrors business.

Five days have passed since I purchased 2 tickets to a theater event. Tickets that were promised to be emailed within 24 hours of purchase/ They are still not received. I called their customer service at least four times over these five days. TIP: Don't expect them to be helpful. Their CS reps are extremely arrogant. They are drilled to avoid refunds at all cost, and to give customers the run around until they give up in frustration.

I vigorously disputed their shady business practices and repeatedly asked them to cancel the transaction and give me a refund. The third CS rep said it would be reviewed, but of course, the refund was refused. These crooks were quick to take my $394.88 I learned later, the actual venue sells those seats for $90 As repeated by other complaints, they are in hurry to email the tickets.

THE WARNING SIGNS:
Their website landing pages are designed to look like actual event venues. DON'T BE FOOLED!

Phone reps use carefully scripted words which are meant to trick you. They imply that they work at the venue's box office. NO, THEY DO NOT!

The reps says tickets will be emailed within 24 hours. THAT IS A LIE.

Rep will say buying through them will reduce services fees. DEFINITELY NOT TRUE!

Worse of all, the price! This company is an UNSCRUPULOUS RIP OFF taking advantage of their misimpressions. Don't be conned. Lesson learned. Buyer beware.

Venue box office manager here. I've had patrons receive over-priced tickets, invalid tickets, even tickets for another venue from this service. Always verify you are calling the venue's box office when purchasing tickets to avoid this disappointment.

I bought tickets for 17 events at different locations.
The customer service rep stayed on the phone with me for almost 4 hours helping me select the best seats at the best price
He even created me an email and found me a fedex office location to go to near me to print the tickets.
He was a total sweetheart. I felt so embarrased to have him on the phone so long. I was so indecisive and he was so patient with me.
I'll definitely use them again for future performances.

My name is Noel Lopez. I recently purchased 6 tickets from Box Office Ticket Center for an event called Hamilton. These tickets were already sold out from the venue, but from prior experience I was able to buy from other 3rd party sites. Every 3rd party I attempted to buy tickets from were charging me an unbelieveable $2000 per ticket. I eventually came across "Box Office Ticket Center". Prior to calling I noticed that on the Revdex.com they're rating is an F which caused me to second guess calling but I really wanted to see this show and I took a chance. During my purchasing processe I was able to get orchestra seats at only $900 per seat. A gentleman by the name of Alberto assisted me with my purchase. I received all my information needed upon purchase, notified about my delay of when I would be receiving my tickets. I even received a courtesy call few days after my purchase by Customer Service Rep named Tashara notifying me tickets were in my email. The service provided by Box Office Ticket Center is the best I have EVER received than the service provided to me by any other 3rd parties I have EVER dealt with in the past, even better than STUBHUB or Ticketmaster!!!! I will purchase tickets again from Box Office Ticket Center from here on out but of course to events I am unable to to purchase from the venue directly.

I was misguided when talking to this company. I thought I was actually talking to the venue's office box and I purchased tickets with them. The tickets were overpriced and I was deceived to believe that I was getting good seats, which I did not... They lied to me, but that is not my complain.
My complain is the rudeness that I encountered when we called back to question our tickets. I have never been treated that way by any company. I was baffled! They raised their voices at me and talked over me. If you ask to speak with a manager, whoever is talking to you claim to be the Manager. A guy named "***"...extremely rude! Be aware!!! Do not buy from this company as their prices are doubled and their customer service is not intended to help their customers, but to blame their customers for the bad decision they just made by buying tickets from them!

The sale representative do sell you the best possible tickets we have in our system and I apologize if there is any misconception or miscommunication. Before all sales are completed we do explain our terms and condition. Now for the rudeness that is unacceptable and will be dealt with. Would like to add that after this review, Manager Alberto from this company, called me and said they would give me a "partial refund" due to the "misunderstanding". He said I would get an email and then I would see the refund on my bank account. As of today, I have NOT received any email NOR any refund.
I will update this review if/when this company keep their word and follow through.

Shame on this company. They are deceptive, evade clarifying questions, and pose as though they have the customer's best interest in mind (re:best pricing). They then give you a three times mark up, then offer a better price they just found which is still double ticket value. After purchasing tickets with them, I did further research and found that firstly, I could have bought better seats at half the price through the ACTUAL theater's box office. Their deceptive use of language (re: as though they were the theater's box office "WE only do senior/child discounts at the theater") is disgusting. Their policies are written in a way that makes it completely impossible to dispute your purchase (read the complaints on this company). Based on my experience, they are snakes. Please go support businesses with better core values and customer service. Shame on you Ticket Box Office Centre. You may not be held accountable in this life but no deed goes unseen under the sun.

The representatives are very efficient and straightforward. They have affordable priced tickets when other agencies are sold out. I'd say world class customer service for sure, Thank you guys!
