My fiance purchased montreal Canadiens tickets for my birthday in December 2018 for March 16, 2019. He received the email confirmation immediately but no tickets. A fee days before he called as we still didnt have them. We were advised that they would be emailed 24 hours before the event (although not sure why). It is now the night before and we still dont have the tickets we paid over $800 for. We have travelled 8 hours and incurred hotel expenses. I *** be commencing a lawsuit if we do not have the tickets in time.
Other (requires explanation) We want our tickets in time for the game or a full refund including damages for our incurred expenses.
I am livid as well with this company. I ordered tickets for a spring training game and was to receive an email 20 minutes after the order was placed. My visa bill was charged but no tickets yet. I have tried to contact them but have been put on hold twice for over half an hour both times with no one picking up the phone. I have tried emailing them and they will not respond to my emails. They are a total ripoff.
They don't deserve a star rating
I purchased concert tickets online. I took insurance out because the concert is not until June. I found out I cannot attend on the date of the concert. I have made many efforts to contact them with no result.
I want $912.25 refunded less the insurance I paid for and wish to use in the amount of $49.60

Legitimate business?
I realized I made a mistake with the order soon after I ordered the tickets. I clicked on the link to customer service to send my question to the company and received a response stating the email address was not found or was not receiving email. Now I am concerned that this is not a legitimate business and the "company" has my credit card and contact information. Wanting to know how to proceed. Would like a refund

Yes, everything is fine.
Overpriced tickets. Then would not give refund when I found out I cant go to the show due to my mother getting sick.

I purchased 2 tickets to a Chad Stapleton concert in Erie PA on 8/15/19. I received a confirmation number XXXXXXXX. However I have not received a confirmation e-mail and/or the e tickets to the event. I have contacted them on multiple occasions to obtain these items. No response as of yet. I got online to purchase event tickets. I have not received those or the email confirmation, I tried calling multiple time, with no response.
Supposedly purchased 2 tickets to monster jam at the INTRUST bank arena in Wichita, is. Order number XXXXXXXX. On 2/12/19, 956 pm cst. Section 111, row u. $43.00 each plus fees. I was not able to speak with anyone at this place. I spent a lot of time calling, and waiting, no responses.
I would like a refund or the tickets
I Googled the Garde Center For The Arts to purchase tickets for an upcoming concert. I was not aware that the Box Office site that came up was not the box office at The Garde.I discovered after the fact that Box Office Ticket Center charged me double the price that I would have gotten by buying the tickets directly from the Garde, and BOTC slapped a $100 'processing fee? on top of the ticket price. Box Office is not answering my emails or texts for a full refund.

SCAM! These People *** sell you your ticket for %50 more than normal then charge a crazy service fee amounts. Do nt do business with these people.
Today 02/10/2019 searched for Disney on ICE tickets and this website showed up. I thought this was the place where the venue sold the tickets about 2 of them for #130 a piece. I then get an email saying that I was charged $350!!! They charge Another $90 for tax and "Service Fees". Afterwords I did some searching around and come to find out those tickets are only $65 a piece! All in all they charged Double!! the ticket Price a total of almost $160 more than what it should cost.
When you call them to request a refund or a cancelation of the order they inform you all sales are final and 30 mins after you order they have your money and are not giving it up knowing they just scammed you!. Oh, and they wont even give you your ticket until the day before the event?
This business in DISGUSTING! I cannot believe that they are even allowed to do business this way!. I have Paypal disputing the charge and filing this complaint with the Revdex.com in hopes that someone can put a stop to this SCAM before more people fall prey to it!
I just want a refund. The reason they do not issue refunds is that they know this is a scam and by not issuing refunds that the only way they get to keep the money.
The advertisement for this company was a top of the list in a Google search. When I accessed the website, the only relevant information was the fact that they are RESELLERS and I was distracted enough not to catch that issue.They have a disclaimer all the way at the bottom of the page and I am sure not a single person *** pay attention to that small print, unfortunately.When I contacted them to cancel my transaction, I was then informed that the transaction cannot be cancelled or a refund cannot be issue as per company disclaimer.

They are terrible. Only sent 2 tickets n ordered 4. Would not fix and allow me to get the 4 together. Rip off!

Ordered Trans Siberian Orchestra Tickets here. Big mistake. Payed about double. Was told e tickets would be emailed two days before concert. Why only 2 days before ? The day came and no tickets were emailed until I called to remind them. Was also told any Android phone would work. My phone is old,. Had to call a tech with cell phone company to figure out how to free up enough space on phone so tickets would download. Customer service at this place is terrible to say the least. Sam 11/28/18
I give them a 0 rating. they over charged us by $150.00 and then never sent the tickets. when we called customer service all they said was "they can't do anything about it". But they will be happy to give us 5% off our next purchase. I must say that does take balls trying to screw someone out of $375.00 and then offer a discount!!!
Did not send us our tickets electronically. We were late to our concert because we were repeatedly put on hold. Tickets were resent to a different email address and we were unable to pull them up. Very poor customer service.
Avoid this ticketing company!! Their ticket prices (and handling fee's) are outrageous! My experience: Through this ridiculous site, 4 tickets for a local concert cost $966. Actual tickets through the venue box office were $20 ea. That's $80 for four tickets!! If you are okay with being ripped off and paying twelve times the actual ticket price, then use these bozo's, but read all the fine print. You will NOT be able to cancel or get a refund. I can't rate them low enough! Not even worth one star!
Complete bait and switch! I recently bought two tickets on-line for Pepsi Center event in Denver to see ELO on a Friday. I had no response, nor could I reach Box Office Tickets by phone until middle of the day on Monday, yet their phone message says they are open Sunday to Monday, 8:00 to 5. I bought and was invoiced for two excellent seats in a section opposite the stage, yet enough in front to get a good frontal view. On the day before the concert, they flashed me two seats in the section almost directly opposite the stage. They were not comparable, contrary to what they told me when finally reached. Yet, I notice the two seats I bought and was invoiced for remained available to others until the very end. Do business with these folks at your own peril.
RIP OF! I am LIVID!!! I could have bought the tickets today for a concert Saturday and gotten them for 25% of what I was charged. Tickets that were $51.00 each I bought 2 tickets from this site and was charged $483.00 SCAM
This site took 15 dollar MetroTix tickets and sold them to my dad for 42 dollars. Then they added more fees and shipping. Two tickets that should have cost $36.50 through MetroTix ended up costing $124.50 through this company. They took advantage of my father. This company is a legal ticket scalping company!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!
I did NOT find this site to be a scam. Not at all. This site has gotten a lot of negative reviews, but I thought I would share my experience. Now, maybe it was because the tickets I wanted were not for Taylor Swift, U2, or Beyonce, but nonetheless, I had a positive experience. My daughter wanted to see the newest boy band out there, Why Don't We. Tickets were sold out. One day before the concert, I went to BoxOffice-Tickets.com and was able to get 2 tickets rather easily. The resale price was not over inflated either. Aside from those pesky handling fees that ALL sites charge, it was very reasonable. The tickets were mobile tickets so I was skeptical and nervous. I called them a total of 3 times with questions and never waited on hold more than several minutes. They were very helpful and polite. Even after a very positive experience with customer service, I was still skeptical (because of all the horrible reviews) that the tickets on the smart phone would work. Well, I am happy to report they did. Thank you. I do not know what headaches other people have gone through, but I can only guess that they were for some impossible to get artist, and they experienced glitches with this resale company. Thankfully, I did not experience anything negative.
