I was sold concert tickets which are already sold and I was overcharged $100 on top of that scam. A total of $300 stolen.
July 27th I bought the tickets and was sent an invoice for a different total from what came off my credit card
Refund
We ordered 4 baseball tickets online from BoxOfficeTicket.center on Friday July 26, 2019 at a cost of $632.51 in US dollars which is $832 in Canadian currency. Our trip to New York is scheduled for August 30-Sept 2, 2019. On Monday July 29, 2019 we realized that we had typed in the wrong date for the baseball game. We had mistakenly selected tickets for Saturday August 3, 2019 instead of Saturday August 31, 2019. We immediately contacted BoxOfficeTicket.Center on Monday July 29, 2019 and asked to switch the date from August 3 to August 31. We explained that we would not be in New York City until August 30 and that we typed the incorrect date. We were told there were no refunds. We explained that we did not want a refund just to switch the dates from August 3 to August 30. We spoke with a male named Shawn who refused to let us speak to anyone in a higher position then him. He simply stated no refunds. We explained to him that no where on the ticket order did it say that we could not EXCHANGE the tickets. We are from Canada and were very much looking forward to watching a baseball game in New York city with our family. We strongly feel that this company 'lures' people in falsely by not indicating anywhere on the ticket page that there are no exchanges. As a result we have lost $832.00 in Canadian funds which is a lot of money to lose from a scam. This company, once they get your money have no intention of letting go of it even when they are in the wrong. This company needs to clearly state on the main web page as well as the page where the ticket purchases are that there are no exchanges, even when it is an honest mistake. Can you please help us get our money back as well as can you please make this shady company clearly state on all the pages of their web site that they offer no refunds or exchanges. We have lost almost $1000 in Canadian funds and cannot afford to purchase other baseball tickets which is a shame as our kids were looking forward to the game. Thank you for your time.

Other (requires explanation) We ask that our money be refunded in full and that this company be forced to clearly indicate on each page of their website, especially the page where you purchase tickets that there are no exchanges. Also this company has to have managers and people in higher positions available to speak with ticket purchasers when there is an issue. The man named 'Shawn' refused to allow us to speak to any one higher in position then him. Please help us. Thank you.
We received your correspondence regarding the above-mentioned matter. Thank you for contacting us regarding the customer's concerns. We perform customer service for BoxOfficeTicket.Center where the customer originally placed their order. We take customer service very seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address the matter.
Please be advised that BoxOfficeTicket.Center acts as an intermediary between ticket buyers and ticket sellers to facilitate the purchase and sale of event tickets, and as such is not directly involved in the ticket sale transaction between buyers and ticket sellers. As a marketplace, BoxOfficeTicket.Center does not own or sell the tickets listed on the BoxOfficeTicket.Center's offerings, and tickets listed for sale through the site are often obtained by secondary market ticket sellers and are being resold on site with additional service charges and handling fees as defined on each order.
When the customer placed their order, they agreed to the website policies, which are very clearly stated. From the site (boxofficeticket.center/policies)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL; there are no cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
All sales are final Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. By clicking "Place Order" you are agreeing to BoxOfficeTicket.Center's terms & policies. All sales are final.
At no time before placing their order did the customer contact our customer service department with any questions or concerns regarding the All Sales Are Final policy. If they had had questions or concerns regarding any of the aforementioned, they were free to contact our customer service department at the readily available number or continue to comparison shop on alternative sites before agreeing to comply with the website's terms and conditions, which include All Sales Are Final. The customer was educated to the fact that all sales are final; there are no cancellations, returns or exchanges, and therefore no refund is due from the seller. Additionally, the customer attempted to charge back the purchase with their credit card company, and the card company upheld the order as valid. We hope this fully resolves the matter. Thank you.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As I have stated numerous times, there was no indication whatsoever when you go to check out that you are unable to switch the date of the event. As I explained to the customer service person we were visiting from another country and there was no possible way to fly in 1 week earlier to use the tickets. Then he hung up on me. This is not acceptable. This company uses shady tactics to hook people in and then imply that the warnings were listed everywhere. I vehemently disagree and respectfully request a complete refund. Statistically this company has a bad record for scamming innocent people online and they need to be shut down.
We respectfully disagree with the customer's statements and have provided ample evidence that the site indicates that all sales are final and that there are no refunds or exchanges. The customer's credit card company agreed and upheld the sale as valid. No refund is due. Thank you.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The customer respectfully disagrees with the response. There was no warnings posted when ready to pay for the tickets. A full refund is requested. Thank you.

RIP OFF !!! *** site !! Frauds !!!
The tickets they sold me came up "Invalid" at the gate and me and my wife were turned away and directed to the box office for the venue, The people at the main office said they don't do any business with this company and the E ticket bar code they sent me did not come up with anything but "invalid" so if you happened to purchase tickets from this Box office tickets center LLC for any event, you probably need to purchase new tickets from a legitimate site , like the venues own box office or Ticketmaster or you will end up like me, I traveled 3 hours, had a hotel and overnight stay planned and paid for months earlier , tickets bought 4 months in advance and never got to see my concert because the tickets I purchased from this BS company were counterfeit and didn't get me in to the show. How could a company like this rip so many people off and are still allowed to operate on the internet ?? I have no idea but I'm going to be putting a full court press on with the FBI fraud division If you were ripped off by this company like me please make your complaints heard and report it to the FBI internet crimes division, ( see link below) until we shut this scam site business down
Company is deceptive in presenting themselves as actual venue box office.
Add me to the list, I guess. I was looking for tickets to the Raconteurs concert at the Aztec Theater in San Antonio. When tix went on sale, the LiveNation site was overwhelmed and would not load for me. After 20 min, and knowing this was a small venue (1477 capacity), I feared the show would sell out, so I did a Google search for "Aztech Theater Box Office sales". Big mistake. The first result that came back was StubHub and easily identified as a resale market. The next result though read "Box Office Sales - Aztec Theater". So I clicked on that and the huge banner at the top says.... "Aztec Theater". So I found my event, and was looking at tickets for about 5 seconds when a message popped up and indicated the event was nearly sold out. So I quit looking for ideal seats and just grabbed two gen admission tickets and checked out. The cost came to $318 including $73 in fees and $9 delivery cost (for digital tickets). This seemed quite high but with concert ticket prices these days, not unfathomable. My first clue of a problem was when my friends told me they'd paid $128 for the exact same seats (GA). Then I got my receipt and it basically said "Thanks for your money; we'll be in touch later with info on your tickets." Just seemed odd that they wouldn't have details, and in this email, the logo for Box Office Tickets was more prominent. So I did a search for reviews and between Yelp and the Revdex.com site quickly determined that they were scam artists who deceive and overcharge people, and in many cases either deliver tickets that aren't as promised, and in some cases deliver tickets that don't work (or don't deliver at all!). I called and told them their company name and internet advertising were very deceptive, as was their "warning" that the event was nearly sold out (some 8-9 hrs later I sent to see what tix were still available and roughly 2/3 of the tickets were unsold. I called for a refund and of course was told all sales were "final" despite the fact that I'd been deceived into making the purchase. They claim that because there is a tiny message at the very top of their website stating they are a ticket reseller (which is designed to be missed as it's well above a huge color banner giving the name of the venue they are pretending to be) that they are not misrepresenting, but I've designed websites for years and this is no accident. They are counting on people seeing the big, fat, huge, color banner with the venue name and missing the disclaimer in small, plain font at the very, very top. And based on their reviews at Yelp and the complaints to Revdex.com, it seems to be working for them, but consumers should not be victim to this ploy.
First and foremost, I would like the full cost of my tickets refunded. They sent me an email with what are supposedly digital tickets from Ticketmaster, but I've not accepted them and I *** not accept them. I have no intention of driving all the way from Austin to San Antonio with digital tickets from a scam company in HOPES that I'll be one of the lucky few who actually gets tickets from them that allow me to get into my event. I've already purchased other tickets direct from the venue as I'd thought I was doing in the first place, and I'll be using those with confidence. The other thing I'd like is to see this company change it's name. A ticket reseller names "Box Office Tickets" is deceptive by nature. They are not the venue box office nor are they any kind of box office. They are a ticket reseller.

Thank you for the follow-up. The business reluctantly refunded my money after I disputed the charge and my credit union got involved. So I am good, but I still think this business is incredibly shady and feel sorry for anyone duped into doing business with them thinking they are buying tickets from a legitimate ticket outlet.
I had ordered tickets for a *** Eilish concert back in February for a concert in Morrison, Colorado for June 5, 2019. I never received my tickets, and when I tried to reach out to costumer service, the email address and the phone number provided came back as invalid.
Product_Or_Service: Concert Tickets
Order_Number: XXXXXXXX
Other (requires explanation) I would like my refund of $241.13 for the tickets I NEVER received.
Service charge per ticket is excessive; ticket was falsely represented with a row and seat and valued well beyond the general admission seat.
7/5- problem date: seats not delivered as ticketed- they were general admission tickets, not guaranteed seats.
3/18-purchase date: surprise extra fee of over $15 for a $45 ticket (times 3 for 3 tickets)
Order number: XXXXXXXX- payment amount $200.52
Charge appears as MyTicketTracker on my credit card.
There are two issues I have with this: the first was the service fee per ticket and an extra $7.95 for "delivery" which was via email. Since I believed the tickets to be for seats at the venue, I decided that I would pay. When we arrived for the match at the stadium, we learned our tickets were good only for general admission seats, which could have been purchased for $15 each.
I would like to have my ticket price adjusted to reflect a more reasonable cost of no more than $25 a ticket, including handling and service fees. This would mean a refund of $125 from either BoxOfficeTicket.center or MyTicketTracker.com

If they had had questions or concerns regarding any of the aforementioned, they were free to contact our customer service department at the readily available number or continue to comparison shop on alternative sites before agreeing to comply with the website's terms and conditions, which include:
Above Face Value Tickets obtained through SITE are often obtained through secondary market TICKET SELLERS and are being resold, in many cases, above the price or 'face value' listed on the ticket. All ticket prices include additional service charges and handling fees as defined on each order. SITE and TICKET SELLERS are not directly affiliated with any performer, sports team, or venue; and SITE does not act as a primary sale box office, unless otherwise stated. By agreeing to these TERMS, USER agrees that the purchase price for tickets on their order does not reflect the original purchase price of the ticket and may be either higher or lower than the original purchase price.
The customer was educated to the fact that prices may be above face value and that additional service charges and handling fees would be charged, and freely chose to accept those policies; and therefore no refund is due from the seller. We hope this fully resolves the matter. Thank you.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The tickets I purchased were labeled with seat numbers and rows leading me to think they were assigned to those seats. This was not the case- they were general admission tickets marked up at least 5x the price. If the seller would have been upfront about the lack of assigned ticket seats, I never would have purchased them. A clearly fraudulent practice of bait and switch. There was no disclosure that the seats were general admission until we arrived at the stadium. I'd like to have at least half of the cost of the tickets back.
Attached please find a copy of the customer's order summary, which very clearly stated that the tickets she purchased were General Admission. To reiterate, the website is not responsible for what the venue prints on the tickets for their own recordkeeping, and at no time did the site represent that the tickets would be anything other than General Admission. No refund is due from the seller. Thank you.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The information about the tickets being General Admission did not become available until after I purchased them. Prior to that I saw a row/seat number, which could have justified the price tag for those tickets. Bait and switch!
Pricing and Refund Complaint.
I purchased Garth Brooks tickets from the business in April. They charged me $1,108.35 for 2 tickets. The tickets were not even located close to the stage or anything they were at the very back of the stadium. People that sat around us only paid $94.00 for tickets. I called to see what the deal was and why I was being charged so much more after the concert. They wouldn't even talk to me, they were rude and basically just hung up on me. I was going to ask for some of my money to be refunded back. I think they are over charging way to much. I am also going to contact the artist about this problem. When I looked it up on Google to get tickets I thought I was going through Ticket Master. I feel like I have been lied and cheated and overcharged.
Billing adjustment or some kind of refund.
I called them and told them that I wanted really good seats and I was willing to pay up to $600 for two seats. When I receive the copy of the tickets I realize that they were nose bleed seats and sold for $80 apiece or less. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude and only agreed to give me a partial refund of about $200. I explained I wanted to talk to my husband first before I agreed and she said the deal was on the table for this day only. I felt like it was boxed into a corner and I agreed. I had to call my bank to file a complaint. within a couple of daysi was given a full refund by Box Office Tickets because I filed a complaint with my bank. Buyer beware this place should be shut down. I was able to purchase awesome tickets somewhere else!!
This company is a rip off. I was charged almost 8 times face value for tickets I bought from them. I did not even get the exact tickets I purchased.
Website is posing as the official website for ticket sales then over charging fees & making false statements about the game being nearly sold out.
8 Toronto Blue Jays tickets were purchased on 6/16/2019. Order number was XXXXXXXX. Account number transferred to was XXXXXXXX. Confirmation number was XXXXXX-XXXX
Tickets were purchased at $74 each but then added service fee was tacked on after selection at $22.94 each totaling $183.52 and an additional delivery fee of $8.95. Total cost was $784.47.
Complaint is both that the website posed as the official Blue Jays website both for websearch and when on site. They also lied about game almost being sold-out.
I would like a full refund for the tickets purchased and for the website to be required to more clearly on first click indicate that they are not the official site and are 3rd party venders. Also the fees should be more clearly stated in advance. They should also not be allowed to make false statements about ticket lack of availability. When I went of the official site, hundreds and hundreds of tickets were still available. The statement was a bull face lie to try to make the purchase feel more rushed so that the customer has less time to realize they are frauds.
I ordered tickets for an event that is this Saturday June 15. At the time of placing my order and paying nearly a 50% service and delivery charge for EACH ticket, I was told the tickets would be ready for delivery June 10. On June 11, after not receiving my email to download mobile tickets, I called. They said they 'technically? have until the show starts to deliver the tickets but she contacted the ticket seller and they said the would have them to me by end of day June 12. It is June 13 and we still don't have the tickets. I tried calling twice today and was put on hold for over 15 min each time. I called back this evening and they are closed. I would not recommend this site for ticket purchases.

I wish I read the reviews here before purchasing my tickets. They were overpriced and when I received them they read issued to someone else. I have emailed TWICE with no response. Hopefully, I don't show up and they tickets were double sold.
This place needs to be shut down. Scammed out of $250, called in and was put on hold when I asked for a manager to dispute the shipping charge even though tickets were e-print. Two $75 face value tickets ended up costing over $400.
my wife went online to order 2 tickets to a Columbus Clippers baseball game and when she typed in Columbus Clippers tickets it redirected her to a 2nd party resale ticket site. they charged her $21.00 each for 2 tickets then added a service fee of $13.02 and also a delivery fee of #7.95 for a total of $62.97. When I went directly to the actual Clippers Website I could buy the tickets for $14.00 each. When I called the number ( box office ticket center) directed me to it was mytickettracker.com (XXX)-XXX-XXXX. I explained the situation and told them I did not want the tickets they said I could not cancel. I told them I did not print the tickets because I do not except they told me I am not going to be able to cancel and nothing I can do about it.

Total scam! My husband clicked on the link on an event site to purchase tickets for a concert in September and it redirects him to box Office Ticket Center site. The next day I noticed tickets are not set to go on sale until the 10th. I tried to email customer service to cancel since it's an obvious scam but of course no response. I canceled our card and reported them as a scam to our credit card company. If the pending charges go through they will dispute them.
This company grossly overcharges for tickets they sell. They deceive by paying to be the first google hit of the venue.
On April 17th, I conducted a google search to find a link to the Bowery Ballroom (NYC) ticket office so that I may purchase tickets for "The Get Up Kids" concert on July 25th, 2019. The first hit on Google was "Box Office Ticket Center". Thinking this was the ticket office, I navigated to the link and purchased tickets. My order number was #XXXXXXXX. Later I discovered that this company grossly overcharged for the tickets; in reality ticket price was $36.96 and I was charged $104 for each, plus an additional $71 in service fees. The show was NOT sold out and the inflated price did NOT reflect "market value". I called their customer service at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, spoke to Mary about a possible cancellation or price reduction. She claimed she couldn't help me and then attempted to transfer me to a supervisor. I waited on hold for 10 minutes before being disconnected and calling back again. When I called back, and requested to speak to "Mary", I was denied my request by "Devon" and told that there were "many Mary's here" and he would try to help me and I couldn't be transferred. I then explained my dilemma to him, and getting requested to speak to a supervisor. He denied my request the first *fourtimes, told me that my credit card company would never agree to let me contest my charges because "he's been working here a long time", but then eventually agreed to transfer me to a supervisor. He then told me I would be on hold for 30 minutes. I was then put on hold, and was disconnected again.
I would like the difference of the actual ticket value, compared to the price I paid, refunded. I understand they charge a service fee and delivery fee because they are ticket re-sale company and I am not contesting those charges. I just would like to pay for the actual ticket amount and not what this company unjustifiably deemed as "market value". This refund would be $134.08
They are in the business of deceiving customers. After purchasing sports tickets I received a promotional email with a link that took me to a page with a list of events for my city. I made a second purchase for a broadway show and upon receiving those tickets realized that they were not for my city. I asked for a refund minutes after my purchase and was denied. Their tactics are deceiving.
This business is a total scam. Do not buy tickets from them. They overcharge twice as much as you can buy tickets from TicketMaster. Also, their service fee is ridiculous. Do you research. We have lost almost 200.00 because of these thieves.
Other (requires explanation) Would like a fair price charged to me, instead of the overcharge of 200.00
