Bonillas Auto Sales Reviews (%countItem)

I talked to the sales associate about a vehicle, I was lied to about the vehicle. I was specifically told that the vehicle had a new, running motor. I have a witness who was present to the whole conversation. The vehicle broke down ON MY WAY HOME. I contacted the company requesting they take the vehicle back, I received one call and was ignored for another 3 months. I had the vehicle repaired myself at a mechanic and was told the vehicle was missing vital engine parts, including but not limited to one of the motor mounts. I attempted to call the dealer again and was ignored for an additional week. They finally contacted me and offered to repair it in their personal shop and pay half the cost. The same shop that allowed a vehicle that was missing a motor mount to leave the lot. The company has since refused to answer my calls, and has continually made my life more difficult.

Vehicle was driven prior to the sale, client contacted our salesperson 3 days after he purchased the vehicle, when we contacted client he was told to bring it in so we can check it, even though vehicle was sold AS IS we would cover the repairs needed but he would have to bring it or tow it in, client refused to tow it to our lot since he lives 50 miles away, we didn't hear back from him until 3 weeks after initial contact , at that time he wanted his money back minus $500 dollars , he was told we wouldn't be able to refund his money back due to the fact that we offered to help him fix vehicle but he refused to accept our help and almost a month had passed by, client was not ignored, at this point we wouldn’t refund any money it has been 3 months since he purchased the vehicle and help was available but he didn’t want it.

I bought a car last October from Bonillas Auto Sales and since day one I’ve had problems with the car . When I tried to contact the dealer all I got was the run around and no answers. When I was finally able to take the car in I never heard from anyone and I kept calling finally getting a hold of *** secretary. Well they didn’t fix everything they just did enough to get it off the lot. I took the car to a local mechanic and from that point I was told everything that was wrong with the car. I called *** and still no fix. I continue to pay my notes on time as agreed and I still have a lemon that doesn’t run . Recently I tried to make a payment for over a month and a half with no one there to answer the phone. I called at least three to four times a still no answer. So I checked to see if something may have happened to the company and a investigation came up on Fox News. About selling cars without titles, lemons , and lack of customer service. Which were all of the same things I’ve been going through. Well late after noon before I got off work I finally received a call back from bonillas auto. And there was some random guy demanding money and changing my payment date plus demanding late fees. I bought up the fox story and my car and everyone there acted as if I made it up. And threatening to take my car which I’ve been fixing while paying car notes without any help from them . And when I asked for the guy who sold me the car I was told he doesn’t work for us anymore. Which I replied with “ is it because of the crooked deals that we on fox ?” And again he just kept yelling give me money or give my car ! Plus I’ve been calling the same number since last year paying my notes and when I told him I couldn’t get a hold to anyone he replied by saying oh it’s because you’ve been calling advertising. Which is a bunch of bs because it’s the same number *** gave to pay my notes . And I have been calling that number up to the date of the Fox story and it worked. Now it’s been switched to advertising.

Revdex.com,

So, have already spoken to customer and had an agreement to accept his payment on the 29th. We advised customer there will be late fees since his payment is due on the 19th. Customer wants to make his payment late, but not to have late fees added. On the 29th he will be 10 days late. We could repo, but we told customer that he can pay on the 29th with late fees . Customer was upset due to the late fees. So, we will be waiving late fees for customer for this payment, Any payment going forward from that is late we will charge late fees. Also, the number customer was calling was a personal cell that is no longer available. We provided customer with our office number.
