We have had nothing but good experience with this company, They had our daughters ATV to us in a matter of days.
Bought a product that was defective 4 months after purchase--only 90 return policy. Unheard of in electronics.
Purchase a ride on toy for son at $500 worked for 3 months, stored in RV shed only to find 8 months post purchase...was running backwards and at full speed. DANGEROUS. Defective. And the company offers no service. The standard 1 yr warranty on electrical products is non existant...basically, they gipped me.
I just want my son's birthday present to work for at least the full year after it was gifted him--I'd like the item replaced since the vendor is dealing with suppliers whose product is cheap and warranty is basically non existant.

We bought an electric atv less than a year ago, order number #18043, and about 2 months ago it started going "crazy". The atv gets out of control, as it will go backwards when it should go forwards or it will continue going on its own even though you let go of the throttle. It started having this problem all on its own even though we have always kept it very well. In fact, the atv has always been stored indoors and it still looks brand new.
Can you guys let us know what we need to do to get this issue resolved?

Hi ***,
The issue is the control box, this is a metal box under the seat and the central brain of the unit. Unfortunately you are no longer inside the warranty so you would have to purchase a new control box from the manufacturer directly, I apologize but they will not allow us to sell their replacement parts. We bought the 12 Volt Power Wheel Jeep from Big Toys Green Country and it has been a great purchase. Both our kids love it (2 yrs and 6 yrs) and we love the remote control which makes it a very safe toy. It's really better than a toy, with the ability to drive on any surface.
On the service side, after our son caused some damaged to the jeep, Green Country was a great help with figuring out the problem and getting it fixed at a low cost. It's working great again!

I Purchased I Go Bowen Sonora 24volt ATV for my 3 year old son and he has been an absolute blessing! The plastic toys that ran off of 12 V batteries or just too slow and would not pull him well anymore. This ATV goes up to 12mph and even pulled him out some pretty big hills here in the mountains of western North Carolina. The battery lasts a good 2 to 3 miles of run time and charges back up pretty fast. The real tires have allowed me to teach him what he could not learn with plastic tires, and that's how to take turns. He has flipped three times, while wearing a helmet, and got back on and kept going. This four wheeler is perfect for helping your son advance to the next stage while preparing him to handle that next level of speed! He is learning to use the brakes, he loves turning the lights on and off, and he knows how to plug it in for a charge when he is finished riding. The metal frame makes this four wheeler very durable, and he loves the strap stuff to the front and back racks! The four wheeler has two settings for speed if your child is not ready to go 10 to 12 mph. I would certainly recommend purchasing a helmet. Big toy green country supersedes what it means to make a great product for your toddler And certainly preparing them for the next level! You will not be disappointed!
This is a nice looking ride! Bought it for a Christmas present. It went together easy, but it's missing screws for the RC steering gear box. Left out by design per the tech rep I spoke with. Leaving the box flopping with 1" extra slop in the steering is not the best way to start my new driver's learning experience. Most customers will never notice this as it does function and the springs load the steering rack masking the issue. This slop could shorten it's life over time so I will fix it. I have 30yrs experience as ASE Certified Mechanic, RC racer since 1987 and experience with Generators/electric motors. I'm not expecting perfection in this price range, but this small detail matters to me. As the Tech Rep said, "its a cheap Chinese toy, not an automobile". The fix is not too involved. I plan to attach the gear box to the body with 2 screws on the bottom and two screws from the top under the hood. The screws from the bottom might be under my drivers feet, so some flat head machine screws from the top with nyloc nuts on the bottom is the fix for that. No pre-drilled holes, so it will take a little time to get it right. Another thing I plan to address is the lack of holders/zip ties to keep all the wires out of harms way. It would also be a good idea to place the antenna wire in a straw hot glued along the body under the hood to keep it extended for maximum range. Basic stuff most people can do easy. Lastly, I love the clean slate of the rig, but a few decals, stickers or a hood stripe kit would make this rig feel complete. I suggest you add these as an option when purchasing to enhance customers experience and increase your sales. I was not able to find graphics for the ride on toys online. After the time and money I spent to order custom made decals myself I think you should offer basic packages in the appropriate size for these rigs. The details matter. Can't say enough about how good the RC radio functions and how good the FM radio sounds with great volume. I also see room for an additional battery under the hood! That would be a great option to offer for longer run times and extended use of the radio and lights. Yet another good way to expand your lineup with options at the time of sale or upgrade later on. I plan to do this myself with an upgraded battery charger that can float charge batteries without damage to keep them topped off. I'll update my feedback after the holidays if they allow it. Very excited to have the safety feature Remote Control brings to this unit for new drivers.
In May of 2016 I purchased a 2-seat BMW toy car for my grandtwins for $538.99 and from the beginning it was a "lemon" and never worked right. At first, Big Toy Green Country was helpful and would send parts that my stepson had to install himself but then it would break again. The last straw was when Big Toy was going to charge for the parts to fix it! Finally, my stepson just threw the car away and got a cheaper Wal-Mart version which is working just fine! I'm embarrassed that my birthday gift to the grandtwins didn't last even 6 months. I wrote Big Toys to express my concern when I found out the trouble my family had with the car and never heard back from them.
Per the most recent email from this customer, it seems they mentioned they have "thrown the product in the trash"
Below you will find a our most recent email to Mr. offering quiet a few options to help. Keep in mind we are only the dealer and don't have the final call to just Replace or send out a free vehicle. We still wish to help in any way we have ability to? This would be hard though if the toy has been sent to the garbage?

We would like to offer a few options to consider, If you would be willing to pay for shipping, you can send the vehicle to us directly and we will work on it and wave all fees such as any replacement parts or labor and ship the product back. Option number two is we can have the manufacturer Sportrax reach out to you directly over the phone with their lead tech support representative and he may be able to offer support over the phone better than we can. Option number three is we can send the replacement parts again and wave the fee again, How would you like to proceed?
