The people at this company are actually nice. I had an issue with my ATV in the beginning, I was very upset because I'd spent a lot of money on this toy for my son. And to be honest, we're very low on entertainment during this time of crisis. In the beginning I talked with a little bit of an attitude because I thought I'd fight policy and a bunch of other stuff as people talked about on the Revdex.com, but instead he ignored my attitude and asked me a couple of questions before he made the toy work again. The reason I'm writing this is because the guy did help me even while I was upset... and I felt embarrassed that I yelled at him. Luckily he didn't hold it against me and said he would be happy to help if we have any other issues in the future.
So first off id like to say the Blade XR we Bought from them is totally rad compared to power wheels and other stuff out there. The LED headlights and tail lights make it look official.
Pros: LED Lights bright and cool, very good UTV details, nice leather look seats, remote works as it should, Bluetooth stereo, real synthetic rubber tires, the real springs on there are amazing!
Cons: super wide turning radius, plastic body scratches very easily.
Overall for the style and performance vs the price of $500 I'm happy with it and wold say its worlds of better than a power wheels.
We also bought a Trail cat
The ride on toy arrived pretty quick, box a little dinged up from FedEx but it was in great shape. Overall, for a kids toy, the quality of the parts are pretty good.
Pros: Really simple to assemble 30 minutes tops.
Cons:Two things that could use improvement are the turning radius (not real tight ) just like the other toy and the lap belt ( a little low, falls off small legs, bigger kids should be fine ) Both are pretty easy to modify and I will be tinkering with it in the future. This is a great toy, well worth it for the smiles it brings.
Bought the Zetros from Big toys because of the weight capacity, remote control ability, and two seats for both of our kids - birthday present for 42" tall 4 year old, little sister is 34" tall 1.5 year old. Both kids fit great. Remote control works great - takes a bit to get used to, but similar enough to The Orginal NES. Speed control is a little rough - there are two speed options, but within the speed options it's either go or stop with not much for controlling in between. Low speed setting is about a normal walking speed on flat ground, a fast walk down hills and slow walk up hills. At the faster speed, it can get up to a jogging speed. Radio is awesome - with battery voltage indicator, FM tuner, and USB slot for MP3's. Quality of materials is pretty good. Rubber wheels are not inflated and are harder than expected, but they do a really nice job. Oh! And the bed of the truck is about the right size for a large reusable grocery bag and a couple bottles of wine. Seat belts aren't great, but that's not too hard to figure out a solution for. All-in-all, I love it. It's a great little truck for the price that I hope/expect to last until the big kid outgrows it. Overall Big toys has been great to deal with!
We just received the 24v Super Car XXL and I have to say its possibly the coolest thing I have ever seen, This was a bright red one for our sons birthday, the car came nicely packed and took me and my wife to remove from the box due to the huge size. At first look the toy seems very sturdy on the bottom with a steel frame, as I looked to the bottom back I found the giant electric motor the size of a large coffee can along with the thick gearbox and axle, it looks as if it would be used on a golf kart as big as it is. I proceeded to install the steering wheel and seats all very easy only took me 20 minutes, at this point I could not resist but to take it for a test run, once I jumped in and pressed the pedal I was over impressed, this thing is totally quiet!! As I made my way down the driveway I could feel a breeze in my hair, I then turned back up the drive way effortlessly with the power it puts out, I ran in the house over joyed as a kid on Christmas and told my wife "you got to see this" I jumped back in and she stood over me with her hands on her hips and rolled her eyes at my childish fun, I convinced her to get in and off we went (me and the wife both in the toy is 344 lbs) we sailed down the drive way and back up with endless power and nothing but smiles, we almost felt guilty as we were playing with our sons new birthday present while he was asleep. after about 20 mins of guilty fun we put it in the garage for our boys birthday in the morning, when he saw it he was over joyed of course!!! At 6yrs old just turned 6 he does have to sit a little forward on the seat to reach the pedal but he dosent mind as he flys up and down the sidewalk and around the house, all the kids with power wheels get passed like the wind!!! We give this toy 100 stars its the best ever and its amazing how innovative toys are becoming!!!
I placed an online order yesterday for a UTV color that was listed in stock. I received a call later that evening stating that they unfortunately ran out of that color and a similar model in the same color was available. I was refunded to allow time to review the other model. After dinner, I reviewed the recommended model and placed the second order a few hours later. Today, I received another call about the second model UTV in the same color being out of stock. I began to question the legitimacy of the business's story and was told that 'you are the one that waited this long to order the item.' I purchased two different models in the same color that were shown as available online. The second model was recommended as available a few hours before the second order was placed. Order timing isn't the issue. Poor inventory control & lack of quality customer service would be my suggested starting points.
We had marked the item out, you must of had the item in your "online shopping kart" after the inventory had changed. This rarely happens and it is Black Friday/cyber Monday. We apologize you were not able to obtain the item you wanted, you have been fully Refunded.
I disagree. The second purchase was made after getting home from dinner and reviewing the suggested alternative model. The second item was not sitting in the cart because it was immediately added after review & purchased. Even after submitting purchases, both white models still appeared as in stock (two other colors were not available, though) I have the time stamp for both PayPal submitted purchases. Surely the inventory system should have time stamp information as well. Let's not speculate on what 'must have' happened. Digital trails have all of the information to provide resolution.

What must 'of' happened in the original response is now followed by 'either way.' Hopefully anyone reading this review can see the truth & understand the potential issues related to doing 'business' with your company. Have a happy holiday, if that's still in inventory, as well.

we bought the Lifted jeep as a gift for our son's 3rd birthday and we couldn't have given anything better..! he loves it and the best part is the remote that we can easily control the jeep or stop it with if he starts verring toward the roadits great for going over small hills in the back yard and has a lot of power when it gets up to speed you can tell it has large drive motors!its got riding speeds which makes it more awesome espcialy when you want to slow it down to navigate through tight spaces, I personal have all ready done some cutom stuff to it like under body ground effex lights and had a custom seat cover made...it took around mins to assemble we also received the easy assmby video from big toys green county but it wasn't that hardit looks amazing too at night with the led headlights! my friend bought one of the knock of ones at best choice side by side they look the same but ours blows theirs away on power and the lights on ours from big toys seem WAY brighter ! All in all we only had one issue we could not get the remote to pair but we called the guys at big toys and they had us fixed up in a few secounds we were just not pairing it correct its actually really easy we were making it more complicated than what it really iswe have owned it for months now problems higly recomend!!!!!! stars [redacted]

Great company to work with, all their products are trustworthy and they get it to you in a matter of days. Friendly service and willing to work with you and your price range. Very thankful for places like these, makes for a great Christmas present for your children with the satisfaction that they will be safe and not something that will harm them. These Guys are great to work with we bought the 24v super car and a tundra for our 2 kids and they have been entertained all summer. We called to get a new battery and the lady at big toys had it sent out overnight no problem!

Horrible experience. Purchased a vehicle from them and it has never worked for us (would barely move, steering wheel broken, lights broken, etc). We emailed the company within the week of receiving it and were told to purchase or rent a battery tester. For the amount of money spent on these, this is ridiculous. We are now told we are out of the warranty period and cant have the unit replaced even though the complaint was made right away. Big waste of money, do not recommend at all.. really disappointing.
We went above and beyond to offer parts within warranty, but customer just wanted to return the item based on buyers remorse after time had expired to refund and return the item over 8 months later.
We started emailing 3 days after the purchase to inform you of the issues!!! We do not have buyers remorse, we simply want a toy that actually works! We have already purchased another one for our child since this one never ran for more than 10 minutes at a snail's pace! The only part that was offered to me was a steering wheel!!
I do not feel I should have to go rent a battery tester to check a unit that was just purchased.
Product was not advertised correctly
We purchased a trail blazer for my son. I spoke to the sales rep several times to discuss the differences between the trail blazer and the blade. He never mentioned speed control. When we received the product we found that you were only able to control the speed from the remote so the driver is not able to control the speed. I have two children, one would need the fast speed and one would need the slow speed. When I expressed my frustration they said they would refund my money but I had to somehow transport this big product to fed ex and pay return shipping costs which were quote to be >$150. ***, the operations manager was very rude. I felt the product was not advertised correctly and their sales team was not properly trained on the details of the vehicles.
I would like them to exchange the car
This is a case of customer misunderstanding, the Trail cat UTV Toy product we have sold countless numbers of with 0 complaints for over 3 years, It seems she is confused as she mentions above "she purchased the "trail blazer" this is not our product it is a knock off version of our product sold on ***
We did locate her order and she did also purchased a official Big Toys Trailcat UTV from us, the toy does have 3 speeds that can be controlled via the RC remote, It can be drove the normal speed by child of 4-5mph when remote is not in use. the biggest feature of the toys we sell is the remote and most all of them are made this way.
We have never had a single complaint about this either. The customer was offered a partial credit for her dissatisfaction over all, which is something we would not normally do in this situation.
She was offered the opportunity to return for full refund. She then followed up and asked for the partial credit and we have completed that. This is a case of misread product identity or buyers remorse.
Per our website policy there our no returns based on buyers remorse, we kindly bent the rules for her and opened up the option for her to return she chose a credit instead.
We ask that the Revdex.com Close this case ASAP as this is a firm example of the customer using the Revdex.com to try to gain leverage against a company to try to bypass their policy.
This is THE BEST company that my wife and I have delt with for our new son. They are friendly always there to answer questions and always with you till the end of the problem if ever one. Their products are outstanding. We will definitely be back to buy more things as he gets older.
