we bought the Lifted Truck/Jeep as a gift for our son's 3rd birthday and we couldn't have given anything better..! We had a little issue with fed ex breaking a tail light and a minute call to Big Toys and days later we had a new tail light in the mailbox!!!! AMAZING SERVICE!!!! as for my son wellhe loves it and the best part is the remote that we can easily control the jeep or stop it with if he starts verring toward the roadits great for going over small hills in the back yard and has a lot of power when it gets up to speed you can tell it has large drive motors!its got riding speeds which makes it more awesome especially when you want to slow it down to navigate through tight spaces, I personal have all ready done some custom stuff to it like under body ground effex lights and had a custom seat cover made...it took around mins to assemble we also received the easy assembly video from big toys green county but it wasn't that hardit looks amazing too at night with the led headlights! my friend bought one of the knock of ones at best choice side by side they look the same but ours blows theirs away on power and the lights on ours from big toys seem WAY brighter ! All in all we only had one issue we could not get the remote to pair but we called the guys at big toys and they had us fixed up in a few seconds we were just not pairing it correct its actually really easy we were making it more complicated than what it really iswe have owned it for months now problems highly recommend!!!!!! stars***

I will keep this short and sweet I have purchased products from this company The pocket bike is so much fun Its small but I knew that when I bought itMy kids love it and I feel that it is a very safe bike The go-kart I also purchase is amazing All the kids love that thing I did have an issue that had the pocket bike not able to ride for about weeks The situation was minor but because I had just purchased it and it happens the second day it was opened they took care of the issue right away Communication fro the customer service rep and his manager was great Thank you for the products you sell and the products you stand behind!!!

We bought the Volt Power Wheel Jeep from Big Toys Green Country and it has been a great purchase Both our kids love it (yrs and yrs) and we love the remote control which makes it a very safe toy It's really better than a toy, with the ability to drive on any surface
On the service side, after our son caused some damaged to the jeep, Green Country was a great help with figuring out the problem and getting it fixed at a low cost It's working great again!

In May of I purchased a 2-seat BMW toy car for my grandtwins for $and from the beginning it was a "lemon" and never worked right At first, Big Toy Green Country was helpful and would send parts that my stepson had to install himself but then it would break again The last straw was when Big Toy was going to charge for the parts to fix it! Finally, my stepson just threw the car away and got a cheaper Wal-Mart version which is working just fine! I'm embarrassed that my birthday gift to the grandtwins didn't last even months I wrote Big Toys to express my concern when I found out the trouble my family had with the car and never heard back from them

Bought it for a Christmas presentIt went together easy, but it's missing screws for the RC steering gear boxLeft out by design per the tech rep I spoke withLeaving the box flopping with 1" extra slop in the steering is not the best way to start my new driver's learning experienceMost customers will never notice this as it does function and the springs load the steering rack masking the issueThis slop could shorten it's life over time so I will fix itI have 30yrs experience as ASE Certified Mechanic, RC racer since and experience with Generators/electric motorsI'm not expecting perfection in this price range, but this small detail matters to meAs the Tech Rep said, "its a cheap Chinese toy, not an automobile"The fix is not too involvedI plan to attach the gear box to the body with screws on the bottom and two screws from the top under the hoodThe screws from the bottom might be under my drivers feet, so some flat head machine screws from the top with nyloc nuts on the bottom is the fix for thatNo pre-drilled holes, so it will take a little time to get it right Another thing I plan to address is the lack of holders/zip ties to keep all the wires out of harms wayIt would also be a good idea to place the antenna wire in a straw hot glued along the body under the hood to keep it extended for maximum range Basic stuff most people can do easy Lastly, I love the clean slate of the rig, but a few decals, stickers or a hood stripe kit would make this rig feel completeI suggest you add these as an option when purchasing to enhance customers experience and increase your salesI was not able to find graphics for the ride on toys onlineAfter the time and money I spent to order custom made decals myself I think you should offer basic packages in the appropriate size for these rigsThe details matterCan't say enough about how good the RC radio functions and how good the FM radio sounds with great volumeI also see room for an additional battery under the hood! That would be a great option to offer for longer run times and extended use of the radio and lightsYet another good way to expand your lineup with options at the time of sale or upgrade later onI plan to do this myself with an upgraded battery charger that can float charge batteries without damage to keep them topped off I'll update my feedback after the holidays if they allow it Very excited to have the safety feature Remote Control brings to this unit for new drivers

Defective batteries and poor costumer service.
We purchased the *** model for our granddaughter in April 2018 for her first birthday. After using the machine less than half a dozen times, the battery would be completely dead within 30 minutes. On August 12, we contacted customer service via their website, and received an email in response. We knew that the batteries were the problem but we followed their protocol. They had us watch videos to try to determine what the problem may be. We checked multiple situations to their request, with emails and phone calls, only to ultimately learn that it was simply bad batteries. (according to customer service via a phone call: the manual sent with the machine was outdated already, and charging time for what they had in the manual is different from what they actually recommend.) We charged the batteries the way they requested in this phone call, to still determine that the batteries were bad. This is now the middle of September (the last contact with them), for them to tell us it "sounds like the batteries are bad" and that is not covered under warranty although in the first phone call we were told they would "make this right" because the machine was barely used and so new. We thought for a $500 machine that the batteries would at least last a summer!
