We had an emergency of flooded bathroom - clean water; called the Plumber Guy and Carlin was out before we knew it and got it all fixed! Gave us a quote on replacing the toilet and other old pipes too The next day we had a different problem and Carlin was back and got that fixed too! We love the Plumber Guy!

This company I would recommend to anyone, Tony, the plumber was neat and professional
He left no messes behind

This was the first time we used The Plumber Guy and won't be the last All of their employees we had contact with were very professional and understanding We had an urgent problem that required their help and they performed with speed and total satisfaction as well as a reasonable price We highly recommend them to everyone

A drain-stoppage emergency at Christmas is no fun Jeremy and Bryan were so straightforward but reassuring that our stress levels plummeted immediately They quickly and competently dealt with the situation to our complete satisfaction Pricing was straightforward and reasonable Response time was excellent We have only positive things to say about this business

Junior was extremely courteous and professional in his demeanor He followed up on all the requests we provided and was prepared to assist us to a degree never before witnessed by our family when dealing with a plumbing company He was remarkable, to say the least! His service and attention to detail far exceeded our expectations We were very pleased with how Junior handled our situation and commend him for his efforts

I was very please with Jeremy who put in my new disposal He was professional and very polite He explained everything to me in a way I understood He was a very positive person and did a really good job Nothing for me to clean up and now I have a new disposal and it works perfect I also want to give a positive response to the appointment makers They call when the person is on their way and also email a picture and name so you know what the person looks like Very safety minded Very excellent experience

Water heater located in garage gushing out water from top of unit The Plumber Guy response was about to minutes on an early Friday morning There had been no previous indication of a pending problem with the heater
The Plumber Guys appeared within minutes My water heater was about years old and was determined to need replacement I agreed My questions had been satisfactorily answered and the men were courteous and professional
They quickly removed and took the broken appliance away and within a very short period of time returned with the new replacement and installed it within minutes (or so it seemed)
Their appearance was neat and clean and they left the work and installation area clean and free of work related material
Also, I believe the charge for was reasonable considering extra trip to pick up and install the new unit and dispose of the old
I certainly recommend The Plumber Guy and will contact again should I need plumbing services in the future
