On Sunday the 25th of March I had a problem with my install of a new washerOne of the valves was leaking because the compression valve need to be replacedI called The Plumber Guy cause I've had work done by them before, and I didn't have the tools on hand to do it myselfI called for a service call and they called me back with in minutes and told me that someone would be out between and He showed up in that time zone did the job in about ten minutes time! I knew that there was an dollar charge for coming out on a Sunday, but when I asked him what I owed him, he said Enjoy the rest of your day!! Estevan said we help out our return customers! We recently had The Plumber Guy install a recirculating pump on our water heater so we could hot water quicker at the bathroom at the far end of our house They were the most reasonable of our three quotes They were excellent at communicating the installation window, courteous, and the installation was fast and efficient I recommend this company and will use them in the future Excellent customer service

We had an emergency of flooded bathroom - clean water; called the Plumber Guy and Carlin was out before we knew it and got it all fixed! Gave us a quote on replacing the toilet and other old pipes too The next day we had a different problem and Carlin was back and got that fixed too! We love the Plumber Guy!

Water heater located in garage gushing out water from top of unit The Plumber Guy response was about to minutes on an early Friday morning There had been no previous indication of a pending problem with the heater
The Plumber Guys appeared within minutes My water heater was about years old and was determined to need replacement I agreed My questions had been satisfactorily answered and the men were courteous and professional
They quickly removed and took the broken appliance away and within a very short period of time returned with the new replacement and installed it within minutes (or so it seemed)
Their appearance was neat and clean and they left the work and installation area clean and free of work related material
Also, I believe the charge for was reasonable considering extra trip to pick up and install the new unit and dispose of the old
I certainly recommend The Plumber Guy and will contact again should I need plumbing services in the future

Bryan did a good job He changed a couple of bathroom faucets for me It was kept clean The only problem was the cost I thought it was way too high, other than that, he was very professional and very pleasant
