We had a leak underneath the kitchen sink in multiple areas, and without the time available to take care of it ourselves, I felt like it was only going to get worseI called The Plumber Guy after seeing multiple positive reviews, and because they are a local-owned companyPatrice was awesome and had Carlin on-site within hours to take a look and provide a free estimateI work in water conservation and have spoken with several plumbers as part of my job, so it was great that the company was a member of the Metro Phoenix PHCCI was never pressured into making any repairs or upgrades, but after the thorough on-site review and reasonable costs presented to me, I agreed to have the work done (e.grepair the leak, replace worn out faucet and broken food disposal, remove water softener, and replace my water lines)Carlin did an excellent job, and he worked quickly, but kept the area cleanHe also helped refer us to a water damage restoration company in-case we were concerned about the extent of the damageI intentionally waited a couple months before leaving this review because I wanted to test my new fixtures out and ensure the leaks had been completely taken care ofI’m very pleased and glad that we found you guys! I would highly recommend them to family and friends

I called on a Saturday morning for a pipe leak that I had created by putting up a shelf I was told they could get me in by that evening, I was just happy it was the same day! Not only was it the same day it ended up being about hours earlier then expected! Jeremy was polite, explained to me what he had to do and repaired the leak in about a 1/hour! When he finished he cleaned up the area he was working in I would highly recommend The Plumber Guy and more specifically Jeremy!

The Plumber that serviced our issue was Ignacio He was extremely profesional Clearly explained the problem and several solutions to my wife During the work he was quiet, clean and expert in doing what he needed to do When he left, the bathroom was cleaned and all debris and old parts were removed Highly recommend "The Plumber Guy" as the company and Ignacio as the plumber.v

Water heater located in garage gushing out water from top of unit The Plumber Guy response was about to minutes on an early Friday morning There had been no previous indication of a pending problem with the heater
The Plumber Guys appeared within minutes My water heater was about years old and was determined to need replacement I agreed My questions had been satisfactorily answered and the men were courteous and professional
They quickly removed and took the broken appliance away and within a very short period of time returned with the new replacement and installed it within minutes (or so it seemed)
Their appearance was neat and clean and they left the work and installation area clean and free of work related material
Also, I believe the charge for was reasonable considering extra trip to pick up and install the new unit and dispose of the old
I certainly recommend The Plumber Guy and will contact again should I need plumbing services in the future
